I have joined home learning college and this was one of the worse decisions i have taken. I was assured and given many promises about this course i paid a deposit to get started its been 4 weeks i didnt have my learning agreement which meant i couldnt start and cant recieve my books via post, when i finally do recieve the agreement and i sign it i still havent recieved my books or my AAT membership. I have sent an email complaining no one has had the decency to reply back to my email. I have called customer service been advised i will get a call back and havent done until now. I really wanted to get this course done as a vacancy was going at my work and by now i could have been 25% through the course however home learning has made this a bad experience and completely put me off. I am asking for my deposit back so i can sign up with another course provider again no response. As promised my books, AAT membership, NUS card will be with me within 7 days however nothing has been recieved. This is so unfair. Home learning if this was me and didnt pay your monthly instalment or fee would you have allowed me to continue with the course so why do it to students. I am really upset and very annoyed.
