Just as it said on the site, had a question regarding thecorrect item within range of products but that was cleared up and the product arrived on time. First class.
After being let down badly by 2 other desk suppliers (one of whom kept my money and delivered nothing) I was feeling a little bruised.
So when I came to Saxen I was adamant - I wanted a workstation which was definitely in stock and a delivery date in the very near future before I would be parted with any cash.
Chris the customer assistant was excellent - took me through different workstations at different price brackets which would meet my need and would be readily available. As good as his word, the desk was ordered and a delivery date of a couple of days was confirmed.
And it turned up! Fantastic!
Forget the other suppliers. If you want a first class service and no let downs, just go to Saxen.

This piece of furniture was easy to assemble, sturdy and practical. I would not hesitate to re-order should another computer desk become necessary.

We bought a bookcase which was delivered very quickly after we received a phone call from Alison asking us when we would like it sent out.
The case looked great but I noticed a small crack in one of the shelves. I sent an e mail explaining that we would only take further action if he crack got worse but Chris then mailed back immediately asking for a photo. Within 10 minutes he mailed again saying a new shelf was being sent out direct from the manufacturer that day.
This is a fantastic approach to customer service, professionalism and making sure the customer is given top priority. Anyone can have a problem with a purchase but it is the way a company deals with solving the problem which is a measure of their true quality.
I can fully recommend dealing with Home office desks and Saxen as they will ensure your shopping experience is perfect and painless.
Really pleased with the quality of the workstation and it looks good in the room. The turnaround of the order was very quick and they queried when I hadn't made myself clear which is very good customer service.
Ordered an ErgoHuman chair from Saxen Home Office Solutions and got it the day I arranged the delivery, just two days from my purchase date.

Excellent information on website with proactive sales team who contacted us shortlly after placing the order to inform us of the order progress and delivery plans . Credit card charged very quickly ( but don't mind when you get such good service) Contacted again with detailed email explaining exactly when our desk would arrive in UK and the day of delivery. Driver rang from 45 miles away and said he would be here within the hour - he was one minute late! .
Desk was wellpacked with superbly clear instructions; fitted together perectly but took us a bit longer than the 90 minutes predicted in the booklet. We will be quicker next time!
At first a little reserved about ordering such an item of furniture on the internet, bearing in mind the prominent position I had in mind for it in my living room. But after several weeks of procrastination, during which Saxen actually sent me a sample of the oak used in the manufacture of the computer desk, I decided to take the plunge and ordered one. I need not have worried!! The process was hassle - free, the delivery arrangements worked perfectly and I think the product is great.
I ordered a glass computer desk online. It was delivered, as described, next day. They phoned me to tell me this, asked for confirmation of the arrangements should I need to go out, understood about my neighbour being elderly and everything.
The desk is good but the manufacturers seem to have been a little sloppy with the glue and haven't cleaned it all off. A minor disappointment as the desk is well designed and fits very well into the space I had earmarked for it.

After waiting 20 days for delivery, our Jahnke CT1 desk finally arrived. We ordered Baltimore Walnut colour, but Saxen sent us one in Beech colour instead. Very dissapointed, after waiting nearly 3 weeks for a delivery to end up with the wrong colour. Don't Saxen check items before sending out to the customer? Even the box it came in says BEECH on the label.
Unfortunately having waited SO LONG for the delivery, we're now going to be stuck with an even longer wait or make do with the wrong colour.
Reduced to ONE star. Additional feedback on appaling delivery service.
Sorry, I've had to reduce my rating to 1 star because of all the delivery problems. Firstly I'm told that I "will be contacted by the specialist carrier team D&I solutions to arrange delivery and collection". NO, they never contacted me. Then I'm told that the "delivery/collection will take place between Tuesday and Thursday of next week. You will receive a call on Monday from the carrier team to advise a day". Waited in all day Monday, and NO, they never contacted me. Then I'm told that the "delivery is scheduled for Wednesday. The team on the day will contact you direct 1 hour prior to delivery." Waited in all day Wednesday - no call, no delivery. Desk finally arrived on Thursday, but the driver had NO instructions to collected the Beech coloured desk. And it was delivered by UPS, not "speacialist carrier team D&I Solutions". And the delivery guy blamed the poor packaging for the damage and cut on one of the boards.
Okay, Saxen have apologised and refunded. I'm still stuck with an old beech coloured desk in my shed that I've got to dispose of. I almost feel sorry for Saxen, it would appear that they have been completely let down by Jahnke UK. It's Saxen who have given the refund and had their reputation damaged, whereas I've had no apology from Jahnke UK who have apparently mislead Saxen about delivery arrangements in the UK.
So, for me the lessons learnt are - don't believe what Saxen say about delivery arrangements, and don't buy anything from Jahnke UK until they sort out their delivery arrangements.

Your order was placed with Jahnke in Germany for a CT1 computer cart in Baltimore Walnut. Unfortunately, at the next stage, it appears that Jahnke then incorrectly processed your order in Beech instead of Baltimore Walnut. This was a complete oversight on their part which, in the 5 years we have been selling Jahnke products, has very rarely happened. On discovering this error, Jahnke also apologised for your inconvenience.
The replacement CT1 computer cart in Baltimore Walnut will be delivered to you by business courier on a day of your choice. The CT1 in Beech will also be collected on the same day to prevent further inconvenience. Our customer service department will continue to liaise with you until this matter has been resolved.

"I do think it is important to state that Saxen have no input in any of our deliveries. This was a genuine error on our part for which we apologise. We continue to look to improve our delivery experience and clearly we still have some work to do in the IV postcode area which can be a challenge, when shipping furniture. I do not know why you were sent the wrong colour, this must have been down to a simple mistake in the warehouse which can happen from time to time. But once again it would be incorrect to blame Saxen for these issues, the blame lays 100% at our door.
I do hope you will be able to offer the Beech workstation to a friend or neighbour, which will bring some good from this disappointing experience. As I understand it you have also received a full refund for the workstation."

A French Gardens traditional office desk was delivered shortly before Xmas as a present. Packaging was examined at the time for signs of any damage - none was visible. The unit was then stored carefully still packed for protection.
Only after packaging was removed was the damage to one corner of the desk top apparent. A free replacement top was initially refused by the supplier under the 7day limit for complaints. After further e-mail exchange I was delighted that Saxen rapidly instituted a management review and reversed their original decision and offered a free replacement desk top which is now on its way.
I must compliment Saxen on maintaining good Customer relations
The reason I think Saxen is great is that they keep you informed at every step. My bookcases were ordered directly from Germany so there was a short delay and they kept me up to date as to exactly where they were and when they would be delivered - they were delivered on time! First rate service - so rare these days!!
Ordered on website in afternoon. Quoted delivery of 1 to 2 working days on website. Got delivery the next afternoon. Other companies quoted delivery of same desk in 2 to 3 weeks.
We ordered a black ash bookcase which was delivered within a few days in excellent packaging. I phoned to try and get a specific delivery time on the day it was to be delivered and was very impressed by the response. The lady rang the courier to try and get a delivery time which would avoid school run and this was achieved. Thank you. My son says his bookcase is amazing.

The lady with whom I spoke when ordering my office bookcase was very helpful and patient as I was concerned about the colour/finish as I was trying to match it to some existing office furniture. After ordering over the telepone the email confirmations came through promptly and some 10 days later the manufacturer called to arrange a convenient delivery time. The icing on the cake was that the delivery driver arrived at the specified time (practically unheard of these days) carried the package indoors, offered to put the bookcase together (which I gratefully accepted!) and then took away all the packaging. I will definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is an excellent desk, which looks really smart and is very strong and sturdy. It is indeed easy to assemble - even I could do it, and I'm hopeless at anything DIY. I can thoroughly recommend this desk. It suits me perfectly
I needed a chair for my home office and had a look around on Google. After some reading of reviews and video reviews I set on getting second hand Herman Miller Aeron or Ergohuman.
Looked at prices of both and thought I might as well get a new chair, which would be the Ergohuman. Had a look on Google for prices and online outlets and most of them were out of stock or 10-15 day lead time. Then I found Saxen Home Office Solutions.
I asked about stock on chair and Saturday delivery (to which other outlets never offered) and with 2 hours had reply back saying that chair was not in stock but they had other one (same but with head rest) was in stock and they could deliver on Saturday as requested.
I ordered an Ergohuman Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair on Wednesday and on Saturday at 7:30am (thanks DPD for early morning knock!!! ), the chair was delivered.
No problems setting up the chair and no problems yet with the chair, I hope if I do have problem there custom service will be helpful.
As for the chair it’s very comfy and supportive. If any want to invest in a good chair get an Ergohuman Ergonomic Mesh.

If you are considering purchasing a home computer desk I would certainly recommend your first port of call should be Saxen Home Office Solutions. I found there website and service very good and their product excellent value for money. From the moment I placed my order I was kept updated on progress of my purchase and they delivered exactly what they advertised - sturdy, practical, pleasing to look at and fit for purpose.
The website looked average which caused me a little concern as I look at the credability of the companies I deal with before committing to anything but the telephone support was very impressive and communication regarding order progress 10/10 the product arrived in excellent condition and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
Talk the staff about what you want. Then look at the web pages. Then talk to the staff again, they know the products. (You will not find a better price anywhere else.) When you place your order, you will be informed of its progress and the delivery company will inform you when they are delivery, to the nearest hour!. This is an excellent company selling excellent products supported by excellent staff. Well done!

The product (Jura Glass desk) was pretty much everything I expected which was great. Was a little disappointed with the admin side of things.
I ordered on a sat, delivery times were meant to be 1-2 days (hence why I chose homeoffice). Order only got processed on Monday afternoon and it then turned out taht they had none in stock. So instead of having it by Tues, I got it by Friday in the end. Also, find that the webinterface does not give you enough info about the status of the order.
I would use them again, but definitely not rely on the delivery info given.

I bought a TC24 office chair from Saxen and found all aspects of their service to be excellent. It was an order that could have caused problems with a lesser company.
For example, the chair was out of stock after ordering. Despite a promised delivery of 1-2 days, they took the time to contact me and ask if I would like the proposed alternative or wait until the original was back in stock. The alternative was fine by me, and it was with me less than 2 days later. I put it together and found that one of the arms wouldn't raise. I contacted Saxen late in the day (e-mail) and had a response early the next working day with the promise to send a replacement part with no questions asked. The new part was received quickly and worked perfectly.
Saxen has the best customer service of anyone I've dealt with in a long time.
I have recently received two items of furniture from Saxen, a Fairmont painted sideboard and a Shaker bookcase and am absolutely delighted with both. The staff at Saxen have a wonderful blend of friendliness and professionalism that is sadly very rare these days. I cannot fault either the service or the quality of the goods. My warmest thanks to all as until I found the Saxen website I had all but given up on finding the items I wanted, and at very good prices. Highly recommended.

I needed a small desk as space was limited. I saw two possible ones on the Saxen website but one was up to 6 weeks delivery so I ordered the one I could get quickly.
I was called by the delivery company the next day and four days later the desk was delivered.
It was flat pack but easy to assemble and is of good quality and is exactly what I wanted. All round good service from suplier ad delivery company.
From an easy to navigate website to a straightforward delivery I found the company to be top notch. The product was as I'd hoped and assembly easy. I would buy again!
I saw their website and identified the product I wanted which was at a competitive price. As I wanted to check on delivery, I telephoned them and spoke to a really helpful sales agent. The desk duly arrived the next day.

My desk arrived but it was scratched and I could not use it. I am still awaiting a resposne to my email that I sent to them the day after I received it and will shortly be giving them a telephone call.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for on the Website, simple to place an Order & I received a very friendly call to arrange a prompt delivery date that suited me. On top of this, the price was better than other sites for the identical item & there was no delivery charge.
I wanted a new Ergohuman Nefil chair in mesh. This was not on the site but they could get them from their sister company, no-one else in the UK has these and they still gave me a good price and delivered the next day. Have already recommended a friend to use them for their office chairs.

Initially after assembling it I thought it was terrible,it was swaying with the slightest touch and the bottom shelf fell off. When it was pointed out to me that the Part 2B needed turning as illustrated
bottom right page 7 in order to lock the parts into place ,it became solid as a rock.A few clearer written instructions alongside the pictures would help. It is the first time that I have used Saxen and their delivery and assistance could not be faulted
