Helpful & speedy technical information,quality products & efficient delivery
This is the 2nd time I have used this company.They are efficient,helpful & accurate with any extra information needed.Goods arrive as informed,well packed and prices are very competitive.I would thoroughly recommend.

pretty good customer service didnt go the extra mile when i asked for further info
Needed to know whether an item was ip44 rated and they basically told me to go ask the manufacturer directly .. however item was packaged well and delivered on time

Good supplier but need to review their delivery company used
Unfortunately I had to order a bath twice as my plasterer broke my second one, but on each occasion upon ordering the delivery was most unsatisfactory, the first time around the delivery company should have called me in advance to advise day and time of delivery but they did not and turned up on my doorstep whilst I was at work. Notes were clearly made for the second order and they did exactly the same again by not calling in advance and turning up whilst nobody was in. Really bad experience, but good service from Customer Services to rectify.

Great customer service, good price, delayed delivery.
HomeSupply offered a very good price and excellent customer service over the phone. I would happily buy from them again. The only issue was the delivery via Night Freight - dispatched for next day delivery but took 6 days (4 working days), along with texts on multiple days saying my delivery slot was that day - but then no delivery or card through the door. On the day it did arrive it was a few hours after the nominated slot. Luckily I hadn't taken time off work especially, so it wasn't a great issue for me, but it could have been really bad. As I said, I have no hesitation in recommending HomeSupply but if my experience of the delivery service is common, I would recommend they seek an alternative courier.

Good product, delivered promptly and as described
Delivery was very fast (called same day as ordered and delivered 2 days later). Item was as described and in line with photos. No complaints

Homesupply had the best price for my kitchen tap. Website was easy to use & I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Delivery was actually quicker than that quoted at the time of order. Recommended

Excellent product but delivery could do with a tweak
No problem with the ordering, materials were great and they were delivered on the date specified. My only small issue was with the delivery - there was no a.m. or p.m. option and it would have been nice to have a warning phone call an hour before they arrived.

Great service, excellent communications and would use again
Was able to speak to HomeSupply on the phone before placing my order, which is always a good sign, and e-mail communications from order to stock updates to dispatch were excellent. I was aware there would be a delay due to no stock in the UK before ordering, and I was kept informed of updates and expected delivery times throughout. Would definitely use again.

Good product - awful courier service!
The product has arrived and looks good, its just a shame that it took three attempts by Nightfreight for it to be delivered. I have another product due to be delivered next week and I am hoping that as it's being delivered by Parcel Force it will be delivered first time.
The customer service I receive from Homesupply was very good and the staff were as helpful as they could be given that they had no control over the courier.

So far so good.
Unfortunately I ordered a couple of items that were out of stock, so lets see how quickly I get those.
The products look good and the pricing was aggressive.
My only complain is about delivery.
Firstly the online tracking by the delivery company is not very good, as it did not update for a few days.
Secondly I received an SMS on Friday 2nd May saying delivery would be on Tuesday 7Th May. We stayed all day only to get a phone call at about 16.00 to say delivery would be on Wednesday 8th May. We then received another SMS saying delivery would be on the 8th of May between between 12.00 and 15.00. It was a pleasant surprise that it turned up at exactly 12.00. But that really didn't make up for waiting in the whole day on the Tuesday.

All good.
Decided to use HomeSupply for the first time because they had what I wanted at the best price I could find. Ordered a single radiator. Kept updated by e-mails, delivered on time and in good condition.
Only grumble, delivery driver was a bit of a numpty and would not allow me time to check goods before he left. Needless to say I noted this on his electronic gizmo. He was a TNT employee, so not the fault of Home Supply, who fully met their obligations. Would definitely use again.

Efficient and Trustworthy
I had already researched the shower screen I ordered. But the service I received was Brilliant, the gentleman phoned me and went out of his way to arrange delivery around my work shifts. Not only were they the cheapest but so good to support a local firm as well. Thank you so much.

Excellent service & delivery
After placing my order delivery was made very promptly within 3 working days. They even gave me a time slot when the delivery should be expect which saved me staying at home all day and delivery was made bang on their time slot they allocated. I can't fault the service I received and would defintely recommend them for price, service and delivery.

fantastic price and service
I approached the window company that fitted the windows 15 yrs ago and for which I needed a replacement handle and it was going to be a drawn out process. I then googled my requirement and clicked on home supply. The ordering was simple and easy for the non DIYer. I ordered mid day on the Thursday and it arrived Friday morning. very happy with this service and quality.
