Sick of them fobbing me off :-(
I ordered a towel radiator from Home Supply and the ordering and delivery was fine. The towel radiator soon developed a fault and on closer inspection my plumber could see that a serious fault in the bleed valve had been covered up with PTFE tape. I emailed HS about this and asked for a replacement. Since then I have been totally messed around, firstly told to speak to their supplier, then told to wait while they investigated with the manufacturer. They now expect me to return the faulty radiator in its original packaging so they can inspect it before they send me out a replacement. Since the towel radiator has been in-situ for a month this is not possible and what they are expecting necessitates having my system drained down twice plus 2 call out fees for the plumber at my own expense! All this with a radiator which has a 25 year guarantee. Think twice before using HS unless you have the patience of a saint....

Great company to do business with
Every time I have used Homesupply they have impressed me. The web chat works well and the staff come up with useful suggestions, when you phone them they are very helpful on one occaision they phoned me when I had ordered incompatable products and we amended the order there and then. When an order is placed they keep you informed of its progress and they deliver when they say the will.
Its a pleaasure doing business with them, to the extent that they the first place I look when I need something for the home.
If only all retailers and online suppliers were this good life would be easy.

Extremely helpful
A problem with the courier meant that the order was not delivered on the due date. Telephone staff at Homesupply were more than helpful in keeping me informed and tracking the order for me.
The product, when received was exactly as advertised and we are very pleased with it. I would recommend Homesupply to family and friends

Exceeded expectations

My initial query via email was promptly answered. Very pleased with taps
I purchased (not yet fitted) - they look even better in real life. Delivery excellent - I was quoted 3-5 days - but had them in two days. Kept informed all along and received taps within the quoted 1 hour slot.
Well done. Would definitely use again.

Great Prices and customer service to match
I've had two separate orders with HomeSupply and both items (towel rail and bathroom cabinet) were the best price on the internet (after a good hour of searching). Delivery was prompt, efficient and by a courier who seemed to care about you item and phoned before to advise of delivery date and time. I had a slight defect on the first item but negotiated a discount on the second item with customer services via email.

Very good customer service
Ordered a radiator from Homesupply, good price and delivery, when radiator was fitted (approx 10 days later) it had a manufacturing fault and leaked, Contacted Homesupply they arranged for a new radiator to be delivered within three days without any cost to myself, and the faulty one picked up at a time and date that suited me Very good customer service I would definitely recommend this company and its very helpful staff

After placing an enquiry about an electric shower via email, I very pleased to receive home support via email to my question. I then decided to purchase the item from the company on the Saturday. Confirmation of order placed was almost instantaneous. The product was the best priced and arrived within a few days of the order being placed securely and adequately packaged to prevent damage to the item inside. fast efficient service
As often happens, the item that we received did not live up to the image on the web site, however now that it is assembled and installed we are very pleased with the result. We were kept updated with the progress of our order throughout and found "Homesupply" a very easy company to deal with. They were the lowest cost on the internet that we could find and seem extremely efficient.
Will be our first port of call in future.

VERY POOR AFTER-SALE SERVICE - AVOID THIS COMPANY
Having purchased a vanity unit and WHB, and a toilet unit (total cost over £500) we received them promptly, only for our plumbers to discover that there were NO brackets or bolts for the toilet. After a phone call, we were told they would be sent, and they were.... BUT THEY WERE THE WRONG ONES. We were then told that the manufacturers DID NOT SUPPLY THEM AND WE HAD ONLY BEEN SENT THESE AS A MATTER OF COURTESY!!!!!!!! How could they be sold without them???? We asked to speak to the Managing Director but this was refused and we were not even given his full name when we asked. HOW POOR IS THIS FOR CUSTOMERS RELATIONS???? It is OK to take the money but as soon as there is a problem, Home Supply managers are unavailable. What about going back to the manufacturers? This is what an intermediary company should be all about. And not even having the courage to provide a full name? so bad it would be laughable if it had not cost us 2 wasted visits by plumbers at a substantial extra cost.

Fantastic Company & Customer Care - SS604
After purchasing an SBH SS604 and fitting it incorrectly one Friday evening I found myself ringing the company to leave a message asking them for their help. To my surprise I received a call back within 10 minutes from their Managing Director telling me that he had just picked up my message and wanted to assure me that he could help me resolve my problem and that he would organise everything for me on the Monday morning. The parts arrived only days after. What service and a pleasure to do business with. After installing this radiator in my ensuite and using it I have to say it is the best radiator I have ever seen. I shall be installing another one into my Bathroom very soon. Thank you Mr B.

Excellent interactive service, top quality product
They were happy to discuss product and interactive on email plus their courier emailed me an hour before delivery to ensure that I was available to receive the radiator. Packaging of the huge radiator was great included foam filled corner protection inside wooden side protection all inside the cardboard box. Definitely buying again. Excellent product - arrived very quickly
I ordered an Aquaestil Plane bath from Homesupply and am very pleased. The bath arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered it and I was contacted regularly to keep me posted on the status of my order and expected delivery time. I would definately order from them again, based on the quick delvery times combined with being the cheapest company I could find (I did extensive research) for this particular product.
I had a query about warranty documentation for the product after it was delivered and this query was answered very quickly by email.
Based on the very small percentage of negative reviews on this site, I actually phoned the company first to confirm the product was in stock and the estimated delivery time etc - a handy tip for anyone nervous about ordering from an online company

A credit to online shopping!!!!
I was very impressed with my recent purchase from Homesupply, as the items were very competively priced, really well packaged and delivered within the one hour time slot I was given. I have had very poor service from other online stores " too many to mention "and I dread the wait for my goods as I just know something will go wrong. I have not fitted the taps yet as I am waiting for my plasterer to finish, but they look superb anyway. This company puts the customer first and keeps you well informed about delivery times which is really helpful. I would definately recommend this company to my friends and family.
