Sometime in 2006 when I viisted London, I had booked the B&B in London under HotelDirect. Three of us in the family and we also stayed in places booked under Booking.com. That was a long time, and I knew we got several good deals then. This time, when I booked under Hotel Direct, I was surprised to receive reminders as part of the after-sale Internet booking, and the offer of vouchers and discounts in emails just prior to my arrival at the destination.
The reminder is a great assurance that the hotel room I had booked earlier is placed under reservation and the reservation is confirmed. It is a great service. Often I heard of cases where bookings were not received by the respective hotels, and people left stranded and frustrated upon arrival in the country, which often than not, turned out to be the first visit. Keep up the good effort, and thank you for the good service.
