Even got us breakfast included in the price
No bother booking this, although did phone up but lady on the other end of the phone did exactly as requested. Would use this site again. Overnight at the Balmoral Hotel very enjoyable and this site even got us breakfast included.

Fit for a king
The hotel was in a good position for a girly London break . The staff were pleasant and very helpful . I would certainly use it again and recommend it with confidence .

Great prices on line, fantastic customer services
After looking at a few websites only 1 day prior to needing a room, I found a deal and rang to check hotel and parking facilities the man on the line was Martin what a fantastic attitude he had he couldn't have been more Helpfull he advised us on all info we required and because of his great attitude and helpfulness we booked instantly he is an asset to you company well done him we will book again. Birthday romance
This was such an easy way to book this trip for my wife's birthday. I wanted to take her away for a romantic weekend in Paris and found it was so easy to do with this site. I would recommend anyone to use this site for information on holtels and bookings.

Very easy booking, smooth transfer from screen to screen
Using Hotel Direst to nbook a show and hotel was easy. The choice was great and I even compared some of the prices on another tab at the same time.

The hidden gem was a real gem!
First time we have booked with Hotel Direct, we chose a Hidden gem & it certainly was.
Royal Horseguards was an excellent hotel with helpful & friendly staff & very central for
sightseeing & theatreland in London.
We will use this type of booking again when planning a trip to London.

A pleasure to get good customer service for a change.
After looking for some time on the net I came across HotelDirect, I could have saved myself a lot of time looking for a London hotel at the right price if I had come to this site first.
After talking to Vicky, at HotelDirect who I must say had a good telephone manner and a good customer service approach, I was able to book the hotel of my choice. From start to finish including confirmation of my booking by the net I was totally pleased by the service this company offered my wife and I. Have used Hotel direct before, and always been very satisfied with the good service!!
I booked my hotel in London , London Euston, Thistle hotel,I booked and paid it to Hotel Direct not knowing which hotel it was that I was going to,as they chose which one, I requested that it be near Euston station,and it was exactly that!! I could see the virgin train from my hotel room.! It was a lovely spacious room and a luxury 4 star hotel which was beautiful!! Very happy indeed!!

My daughter thought I had won the lottery and not told her!
I had promised my daughter if she continued to improve on her school grades I would treat her to weekend in London.
Then started to panic about the cost, I came across Hotels Direct and found an amazing deal. It was so easy .She wanted to see Wicked at the Apollo( she wants to be an actress ) I had a good choice of seats and the Grovenor Hotel (no less) was just around the corner. All I had to do was get there. I am not a fan of London, living in the country I find it a bit daunting. I bought the tickets and took the underground to Victoria and hey presto ,it was all there! Hotel, show and plenty of places to eat after the show.
To see her face as we checked in at the hotel was a picture. She thought I had won the lottery and not told her! We had arrived a bit early so decided to see if we could leave our bags at reception so we could have a wander round before the show and the staff said our room was ready and we could check in . They were brilliant , nothing was too much trouble.
We had brilliant seats and a great evening before retiring to our room.
We had a wonderful time and my daughter has asked if she gets a grade higher this year can we do it again next year!!!

Very efficient and helpful!
Not only was it quick and easy to make our reservation but the company also re-checked the booking on our behalf a couple of days before we were due to arrive and emailed to confirm this with us! Would definitely use this company again.

The "Great" Cumberland Hotel in Great Cumberland Square, London
One of many London Hotels on the Hotel Direct website and glad we chose it. Spotlessly clean with seriously polite and helpful staff, we stayed bed and breakfast, the best buffet breakfast I have experienced, we did have a meal in the hotel one evening and a drink at the Brasserie and it was very good with prices better than most London hotels of this standard.
Would we stay there again?, yes I think it was very good value for money.

Excellent - will definitely use again
Booked a twin room in a secret hotel for myself and my daughter in central London and was very pleased with it. Great value for money and fantastic location. Had no problems with the booking or with checking In to the hotel. Will definitely look here first next time I want to book a hotel.

We had a very nice stay at our hotel the staff were very helpful the room was clean and the breakfast was great.
We chose this hotel as it was very close to the under ground and just one stop on the tube.

I was really happy with the service overall, hotel as promised had confirmation 48hrs before booking in. My only niggle (stopping me give a 5 star) was whilst collecting tickets from the box office for the show we booked. The theatre had real issues finding our tickets causing a fair bit of worry on my part! After 10mins or so they were found but not under my name but the operator who booked them on my behalf. To be honest I do not know if I can put blame on hotel direct or if it was the theatres error.
As I say this was the only issue and didn't stop the hotel or the show (Doubletree Hilton, Westminster and wicked) being brilliant and I would definitely use Hotel direct again.

Very nice hotel, even though are friends room wasn't available until after the show! but it was easy to book a hotel and a show using hotel direct. we were able to choose the hotel the show and where we sat.
