Normally good service, but where is the respons to not satified costumers
I am using H.Com offen and has never got any problems. Latest I did press the order botton before checking the dates, and it was a week to late. I did get in contact to H.com and after two phonecalls it was changed even that the hotel did write that not changes was possible after ordering. But, but, but, I always wonder why they don´t get into discusion with the costumeres there here, on trustpilot, tell them that they had a bad experience with h.com. Wake up, it is 2012, and you costumers are now in contact with each other! I is possibel for us to see that you don´t want to react and change you service into a higher level - helped by you costumers.
