Right from the very beginning when I started looking at hot tubs this Company stood out from the rest. I visited 3 of their showrooms, Ashford, Chemlsford and Orpington, and I asked the same questions each time and got consistent answers. They were the only Company that could tell me accurately the cost of running one, how to maintain it, the pitfalls of water care and care of the Hot tub itself. I've had mine for two years now and everything they said was true. I've had them out three times, twice for something cosmetic and once for a faulty light. Every time I've had the same experience, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable ..... and when they say they'll turn up they do on time with the right paperwork fully appraised of the job they've come to do. The last time they came they even asked if i'd like to order chemicals that the engineer could then deliver to save me the postage. Whoever own the firm has a really good team, i've never spoken to an unhelpful person. I love this firm, definitely the John Lewis of the hot tub word!!
Shaun Monk is the man; replacement cover, new moto massage jets, clean, service and chemical balance all within the hour, but still had time to explain to me the best way to introduce the chemicals. Service with a smile - Jetsetter like new - could not believe how heavy the old cover had become.
Dave Mathews gave me confidence that I could take over the spa and look after it on my own. He took all the time I needed to explain everything to me in a thoroughly professional and considerate way. It is clear that he is very passionate about spas and Hot Spring in particular. And a very nice bloke!
Just had my Hot Tub serviced by Wayne Hitchcock. I’ve dealt with him many times before and he’s a great guy. He knows his job inside and out. As always he’s on time, polite and a great source of info and help too. Did my service, changed a few parts that needed doing and left my Hot Tub looking like new. Thanks again Wayne for another top job!! I’d arranged the service through Trevor, the Service Manager at Hot Tub Barn, Chelmsford. Again, such a friendly fellow and extremely helpful and all-round nice guy. As I was having spinal surgery a few days before the service it was arranged around my plans and having my Hot Tub working 100% was essential as my rehab will be helped greatly by using the tub on a daily basis. I would also like to thank Gail, again one of the service team, for always being there when I need my chemicals etc. and for selling it to me in the first place!! If you want a Hot Tub and great aftercare get one from these guys’s. Thanks from the Jenkins Family and see you again soon.
Glenn Pearce arrived to carry out the first service we have had on our Sovereigh Hot Springs hot tub. He explained fully what he intended to do and how, and then advised us with regard to other queries we had. He also contacted the necessary people for some prices for various items we needed. All in all we were really impressed with the knowledge and expertise he showed and would fully recommend this company to other people.
Dave Matthews was our service engineer. He was able to crack on before I arrived home and did a great job, mending, giving advice and fitting a new cover. Just getting a reminder on what I need to do to keep it in good condition was really helpful. (We've have it nearly 6 years). Thankyou. Libby
Our friends recommended hot tub barn to us. The first time we went to have a look around hot tub barn we were greeted by very friendly helpful staff. We bought on the day!
Our hot tub was delivered just before Xmas and the the two guys who installed (Dave and will) were brilliant. Answered all our questions and were clean and tidy in their work.
We've since been to the shop a couple of times to buy various chemicals and Martyn is always very helpful and answers any queries we may have.
Our family are having great fun in the "hotty" and we have no regrets in buying such a great product.
Ruth in the Chelmsford office was particularly helpful - advising on what I needed and, more importantly, what I did not need (always a good sign)! She kept in touch throughout the process up to and beyond installation. So far I have not needed to call on her for emergency out of hours advice on chemicals, or the like, but I know that I could, which is very reassuring. The installation guys were also great - efficient and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
from visiting showroom in chelmsford we were confident this was the company where our first purchase of a hot tub would be. service and information was excellent ,good hot drinks went down well on cold day. after visiting other hut tub companys we went straight back to hot tub barn and order the first we liked .from there on everything went as planned excellent service thank you very much
My hot tub developed a leak after having it for 12 years. I called the office and explained to Trevor what was happening. His attitude and service provided was excellent explaining that he would send out an engineer within a couple of days to identify the problem.
Prior to Wayne arriving I received a call to say he would be at my house within 30 mins to conduct an investigation into the leak. A repair was completed and I was asked to review water level after one week. The level remained the same and the leak was resolved.
The service, information and follow-up I received was excellent from Trevor and Wayne.................Well Done.
When I phoned to enquire about a new cover, although the lady I spoke to didn't have the information I needed, she soon found out and phoned me back immediately. She had all the relevant information about our tub and offered a choice on the cover, giving me all the pros and cons for both. We decided to go with the original make, and only had to pay 50% up front. It was all sorted in a matter of minutes, very easy and efficient with helpful staff.
I can't fault the service we received - swift, prompt and above all Chris fixed the problem first time. After 12 years of continuous use our circulation pump and heater finally gave up the ghost - ouch!!! a big cost but spread out over 12 years it only amounts to 13p per day. Buying a hot tub has been the best indulgence investment we have ever made.
We visited several hot tub suppliers before going to Hot Tub Barn, The staff and premises are first class. all under cover over two floors.. We tried by taking a dip in three models that suited my requirements. I received great service from Stephanie and her staff, The best price and no delivery charge for a Hot Springs high specification Envoy model with cover and steps a very comprehensive starter kit of chemicals. I had a free site survey, Delivery was on time with two engineers taking two hours. All packaging removed from the site. I was shown how to use the chemicals and given clear instructions on using the controls. I have since had two follow up telephone call to check alls satisfactory and a thank you letter. The service has been fantastic. I cannot recommend Hot Tub Barn enough.
We shopped around various Hot Tub showrooms and did plenty of research on the Internet, we also read the reviews in the 'what spa' magazine. Without a shadow of a doubt the moment we walked into the Hot Tub Barn showroom at Ashford and spoke to Martyn we knew that this is where we would get our Hot Tub from. We eventually chose a used Hot Spring Spa sovereign hot tub, a deposit was paid and delivery slot was booked, and for 4 weeks we had our kids counting down the days to delivery. When delivery day arrived we received a phone call from the installation guys telling us what time they would be here. 3 hours after they arrived the hot tub was installed, filled with water, and chemicals put in. A full and thorough demonstration was also given, including on how to keep the water quality in tip top condition. 24 hours later and we was using our Hot a tub for the first time. We have used it almost every day except for when the Jet Pump stopped working on Easter Monday, however a quick phone call and within 48 hours a new one had been fitted. Apart from buying our house, this is by far the best investment we have made. Thanks Guys!!
Having previously had a bad experience with Spa Serve, I have to say that the service and quality of the product at Hot Tub Barn are excellent. The sales staff Sarah and Stephanie are always really helpful and knowledgable about the product. We ordered the Grandee spa from Sarah, and everything went smoothly and to the dates and timescale given. The two Dave's delivered the spa and took away our old Spa Serve one, which literally fell apart! They took the time to set it up properly, explain everyting clearly and cleared up after themselves as well. Having had the spa for 9 months now, I have to say the running costs are far lower than our old spa, and the massaging experience of the jets is fantastic. We haven't had any problems with the reliablilty of the spa. I would thoroughly recommend Hot Tub Barns.

The process was quick and simple and I was directed easily to the correct filter for my make of hot tub.
The goods arrived quickly and efficiently.

We bought our hot tub from the Chelmsford showroom. It is fair to say that it took us some time to make up our minds as we searched for a suitable hot tub over a period of two years. During this period we visited the showroom on several occasions to ask questions about the various models on offer and were always warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. There are wet testing facilities on site that allow you try out some of the tubs in relative privacy which I would strongly recommend anyone to do.
Our dealings were with Stephanie for whom nothing was too much trouble and we were very impressed by her ability to answer all the questions we had - and we had a few!! The eventual installation was smooth and professional and we were given a comprehensive initial briefing on how to setup and maintain the right water chemical balance.
We had spent quite a lot of time shopping around various retailers for the right tub to buy and in the end I believe we made the absolute right choice. I hope and fully anticipate that their aftercare service will be equally as good. We were originally directed to hot tub barns by a friend and now having purchased one I would strongly endorse that original recommendation.
The service from Hot Tub Barn was excellent from the extremely helpful and informative lady at the showroom when I phoned to arrange a service to the service engineer (Chris Tritton) who arrived promptly and provided me with lots of useful advice whilst he carried out the service and replaced some faulty parts. I inherited my hot tub when I moved into a new house so was somewhat ignorant of what was involved in running and maintaining it and I now feel a lot more knowledgeable as well as knowing where to go for any more questions!
Ordered our Envoy hot tub back in October 2012 from Martin and Viv from Ashford and had it installed
Mid December (the perfect Christmas present). Their knowledge and experience in Hot Tubs was
second to none, they gave us all of the information we needed to purchase this amazing addition to our now perfect garden. We was not given any false information (as we had done a bit of research beforehand) and were not pressured in anyway. The Envoy has a lot of foot space which we found was a big issue with the ones we saw at Hydropool. Also the Envoy has a perfect back massager in the lounger seat which is a great addition, which is unique to Hot Tub Barn and something that Hydropool has missed out on. Even thoughout the winter months of this year we have enjoyed numerous evenings in the tub listening to music with a bottle of wine and just enjoying the tranquillity which the tub offers. We were kept informed on delivery including a call on the day of delivery to give us an exact time of delivery. Tub was lifted into place without fuss, connected up and running in no time at all. Water was treated and we were given a quick lesson on tub controls and maintaining water quality and an explanation of the chemicals supplied with the tub. 24 hours later we were enjoying the new tub, and we're delighted with our purchase.
I was very pleased with service. Freddie (German shepherd) watched and enjoyed, especially with regards to hose. Kept out of way to start with but could not help being curious. Good job done. Davenport very helpful and polite.
I had it delivered in January & installed by two Dave's. What a great help they were, especially with the daunting chemicals. They made it sound easy and it is. Just use a test strip and add some chemicals. Simple as that. I waited a while before doing a review because I wanted to know about their after sales service. Any time I have spoken to them in store or on the phone they have been excellent. 5 star all the way.
Been in my tub every day apart from 3 days we wern't at home.
From the onset we have been amazed with the service from The Hot Tub Barn. Before making a purchase we made a few visits to the Hot Tub Barn and each time bombarded the sales team with questions, the information and advice they offered us was faultless. It can be concerning parting with so much money and to know you are buying the right hot tub for your needs, Martyn and Viv certainly put our minds at rest, we were looking to buy a hot tub large enough for the family but wasn't sure our savings would stretch to a new one so would probably buy second hand, pleasantly we didn't get any hard sales to buy new & honestly you couldn't tell the hot tub we bought was second hand.
The delivery was quick and stress free and after it was installed we had a run through the operation, upkeep and use of the big box of goodies it came with.
I really can't fault The Hot Tub Barn, I have never felt so pleased with a purchase.
When you invest in a hot tub the after sales service and back up is very important. You don't get this when buying off the Internet! The guys in Chelmsford are friendly and always helpful. They know there stuff
Having visited our local Hot Spring and Jacuzzi dealers we were attracted by the Hot Tub Barn's range of used tubs. We got plenty of good information from Stephanie in the showroom who took us to view a used Envoy off-site. We were still a little uncertain about how we would get the tub into our back garden so another member of the team (Huw) made the 80 mile round trip one evening to check that out and advise on installation.
The installation itself was very professionally performed several weeks later with plenty of care taken and everything set-up and good to go. With a fair price agreed and a one year warranty in place we feel confident the Hot Tub Barn was the best choice for us.
Stephanie from Hot Tub Barn was really patient and detailed when selling me the used hot tub. The showroom is fantastic, full of everything you need and with loads of working tubs on display. They took me to the workshop where I saw my potential tub being refurbished, so I was able to get a really good look at it before I committed to purchase.
On the day of delivery, the lads wheeled the tub down the long gravel drive with ease and had it all set up within a couple of hours. They were also fantastic and took their time to explain everything to me.
In all I was really impressed with Hot Tub Barn!
We bought our hot tub over six months ago. The whole process in buying and having it delivered was fantastic. Daniel Warner gave us some great tips on how to choose our tub. We thought we wanted certain features, he helped us to realize that what we wanted probably wasn't the best for us. Both Dave Dimond and Dave Belcher were great delivering and fitting the tub. They even allowed my four year old to enjoy helping out. After a few months one of the lights on the tub wouldn't come out. We contacted Daniel and he put us in touch with Trevor Parsons. Getting it fixed was so seamless and fitting around us. Apart from the light working we wouldn't have even known they'd been here. Thanks to you, especially Daniel for looking after us so well. We're loving the hot tub, especially on these cold, snowy days. See you all soon.

I have spoken / exchanged e mails with Trevor on a number of issues and can honestly say have received the best after sales from any organisation. we have always recieved really good service from this company, but we are very supprised how expensive some of the parts are.
Shaun was prompt and professional. He was curtious and answered all the questions I had and more. It was obvious he knew what he was doing which put me at rest, as it can be worrying when parting with so much money. He also gave advise on maintenance and what to look for in the future. He also finished the job remarkably quickly, which was of benefit as had other commitments that day. All in all a asset to Hot Tub Barn.
From the moment we walked into the showroom to delivery we have had excellent service. Martyn has been really helpful along the way and always on the end of the phone. Delivery was great with the team contacting us to advise of their arrival time and even rang a few minutes before they pulled up outside!
Once here they quickly got on with things and within 2 hours all was ready. A detailed run through of what to do then took place and that was it. 24 hours later all was ready and in we went. Great fun and so easy to use. Since then we've had contact from Martyn to see how it all going. Even with a couple of minor issues we still have confidence in Hottub Barn.
