Following a holiday with a hot tub, we made the decision that we would like one at home. Our journey began with a visit to Hot Tub Barn, Chelmsford where we met Ruth Quatremain. Ruth was very patient and explained the workings of the tubs to us as we had no idea there was so much choice. We were not rushed and every question that was asked, Ruth was able to provide an answer. We arranged a wet test which was amazing. Again the service could not have been better as we were left long enough to chat things through alone but Ruth was always on hand when needed. A second wet test confirmed that we loved the Limelight Flair. After much deliberation we made the decision to purchase the Flair. On the day we made the purchase Ruth had to answer yet more questions for us as we kept thinking of new things to ask. Her patience should be rewarded and we were pleased that there were no hard sales techniques being used. Having placed our order we had a home survey. Unfortunately at this point we found the only way to get the hot tub into our garden was over the neighbours garage. We arranged for a second survey as we could change the configuration of our garage and thought it could be squeezed through. Unfortunately the tub was just too big. All three members of staff from Hot Tub Barn who attended for the surveys were polite and courteous. After much deliberation we had to cancel our order. We were absolutely gutted. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hot Tub Barn to anyone. The service was second to none and their knowledge was spot on. We loved the whole experience from meeting the team, wet testing, purchasing and also when the order had to be cancelled Ruth was the same as she had been throughout and our deposit refunded the same day. Although disappointed, this was through no fault of Hot Tub Barn, we just need a bigger house!!!! Thanks to all for your information, patience and the great experience. Andrew & Bev.
