From the moment we walked into the showroom to delivery we have had excellent service. Martyn has been really helpful along the way and always on the end of the phone. Delivery was great with the team contacting us to advise of their arrival time and even rang a few minutes before they pulled up outside!
Once here they quickly got on with things and within 2 hours all was ready. A detailed run through of what to do then took place and that was it. 24 hours later all was ready and in we went. Great fun and so easy to use. Since then we've had contact from Martyn to see how it all going. Even with a couple of minor issues we still have confidence in Hottub Barn.
I am so grateful that I decided to use the money my mum left me when she died to buy something special. The choice was between a new bedroom refurb or a hot tub and I know I made the right choice. Having looked on the internet and sent for a free magazine with useful informatiom I received a really friendly E mail from Sarah at the Hot Tub Barn. It was very informative and helpful but not in the least pushy which I really appreciated. The money took longer than expected to come through but they were really happy to wait for me which was great and I wasn't beseiged by E mails or phonecalls - a rare treat!
I finally made it to the showroom feeling very vulnerable and nervous but it turned out to be the most amazing fun afternoon. I'd packed my costume as suggested in the information I had received but had no intention of using it. That's before I met Steph who was so welcoming and helpful and 'steered' me into making my decision. Many of my pre conceived ideas changed over that afternoon but now I have exactly the hot tub I want. There was no pressure at any time but just lots of good advice.
Yes I did end up trying out three hot tubs which really helped and I loved it! Throughout the process everyone has been really accomodating and helpful but Steph has been the one ironing out the problems (like needing a crane etc!) and now I look on her as a real friend. The installation day went really smoothly even in the snow and Glenn was also amazing. His patient explanations to my demanding grandson seemed to be all part of the service and everyone was really friendly and helpful. The whole process has been an amazing experience and I am so grateful that I found the Hot Tub Barn. They do exactly 'what it says on the tin' and more - if only everyone we deal with could be like this firm the world would be a better place.
I have had my Hot Tub for over 10 years now and whenever I come across problems, which have been very few, and I require advice or assistance or I need some chemicals when I ring Hot Tub Barns, it's usually Trevor Parsons that I have dealt with, I know that he and they will always go out of their way to help. In fact they make you feel as though you are a friend rather than being just a Customer, always chatty but always knowledgeable and reliable. Never been disappointed yet.
We have had our hot tub over 12 years now, it is realible and easy to maintain and use. We use the team from Hot Tub Barn, for service and chemicals and have always had the most efficient and friendly service, its a pleasure to deal with them. We have no reservations in recommending Hot Tub Barn to anyone, as ther header says, you do get good,old fashioned reliable service, everytime.
I have had a few niggles with my hot tub which was out of warranty and frankly, Hot Tub Barn could have been quite difficult about my situation - but refreshingly, they were'nt - Trevor and the team went out of their way to resolve the problem, even returning on at least three occassions until a solution was found. I cannot rate this Company enough, as their level of after sale skills and service is rare to find and a great credit to them. I have been using Hot Tub Barn now for a few years. I've found their prices and the quality of their accessories to be excellent. They have helped my family and me to get continued use and enjoyment from my Hotsprings hot tub.
We had been considering buying a hottub for many years but were unsure of the practicalities and maintenance of becoming an owner.
Having visited Daniel Warner at the Knockholt showroom he explained everything in 30 minutes and provided a number of choices of hottub options to consider. At no point did we feel pressured and we returned the following weekend to purchase a Hotspring Prodigy.
The delivery team were professional and highly skilled. We live in a London terrace with limited access to our garden, their delivery and install was faultless in difficult weather conditons.
We have been enjoying the hottub since it was delivered in December and can always call Daniel or one of his team for advice at any point. It is also very clear should any maintenance or repairs need to be carried out in the next 5-10 yrs the Hottub Barn team will be there to assist us.
We just received our Prodigy today after looking forward to it for months. Wayne and Dave did a good job of installing it (mind you I expected nothing less after 2 teas and bacon butties,!!) can't wait for 24 hours to pass for it to be up to temperature to use it. We have had great service from hot tub barn in Ashford "thanks Martin"

After a full and informative telephone conversation with Hot Tub Barn, Glenn arrived on schedule, and having looked at the hot tub explained to me exactly what the problem was and also what the solution was. He explained both in terms I fully understood so that I was comfortable with his solution and confident in his work. Glenn is obviously a good and confident engineer who enjoys his work and makes customer satisfaction his priority.

I had a problem with my hot tub. One of the hinges on the lid pulled away from the outer casing. Called Hot Tub Barn, sent a picture of the damage done and they sent someone to fix pronto.
I really missed not using it when lid was out of service so am happy to report, ALL SYSTEMS GO AGAIN. Shaun Monk saved the day.......................
I had a problem with the Moto-Massage jets not moving up and down on my used Jetsetter purchased last July.
I phoned H.T.B. on Monday and spoke to Trevor and explained the situation.Trevor obviously knows what the possible causes can be and asked if he could call me back once he has checked that any parts that may be required are in stock as he wants to send an engineer out to FIX the problem in just ONE visit.Within 30 minutes Trevor is back on the phone asking if an engineer could visit the coming Thursday.Yes says I gratefully and leave instructions for him to gain access.Thursday morning the engineer calls to check on the access to my property and proceeds with the repair.My wife and I return from work to find a perfect hot tub.I phoned Trevor on Friday morning to thank him and check what the problem had been only to be told that it could be a number of things so for safety sake they have replaced all the possible parts and all this under warranty,so free of charge.
ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.

Our hot tub has been losing water all week but due to the bad weather and the fact it dark in a morning before we go to work and dark on a night when we get back have been unable to pinpoint where it was leaking from. I phone Hot Tub Barn yesterday and first spoke to a lady (I didn't catch her name) and she told me exactly where to look and what to do to try to find out where the leak was coming from. I asked my boss if I could nip home to check it out and as if by magic followed her instructions and found the leak straight away. I phoned back and spoke to a very nice gentleman called Trevor who said he could send me a replacement part in the post that I should receive next day. Brilliant, fantastic service and advice, not llike some companies that would say "We need to send an engineer out and it will cost you £xxxxx before you start. Well done Hot Tub Barn and all your staff!!
They make being in hot water such a pleasure. The staff are hot, they know their stuff and are friendly, good humoured and obliging with it!. The product is always of hot quality. Their service boils over with efficiency, good humour and promptness.

I have just had a Hot Springs Envoy tub installed by Hot Tubs Barn and cannot fault the service or the product. From the first contact with the sales team (Martyn and Viv) in the showroom through to the delivery, installation and instruction given by Dave Matthews, the service just could not have been more attentive and helpful. We are now using the tub every evening (even in the rain!) and feeling the benefit all the time. I would recommend Hot Tub Barn to anyone considering getting a hot tub.
Only the 2nd. time I have needed to call for a service engineer and my tub is TEN years old ! although I have regularly carried out the maintenance and cleaning recommended I think this speaks volumes for the product.
The engineer attending was punctual,polite, and helpful regarding the workings of the tub.
Thankfully the fault turned out to be a minor one, so we were both happy,

the Vanguard is my 2nd tub from the team at Robjohns Road, Chelmsford. its predecessor the Envoy was still immaculate when i exchanged after over 7 years of loyal service. Stephanie, sold me both tubs and the service was flawless on both occasions and if she (Stephanie) wasn't available to help for whatever reason whenever i popped in the shop or phoned up, the ever friendly & helpful Ruth would happily jump into the breech to deal with any questions or queries.
This service was mirrored throughout the complete transaction, from the first viewing (shop staff) to the installation (the engineers), even when i had to postpone the delivery by a week, "the team" helped out in every possible way to rearrange dates without so much as a sigh and as little grief to me as possible, thank you. yes i would recommend these guys (and girls) and have already done so.
Had our grandee hot tub for two years now and would definitely recommend the hot tub barn in Chelmsford. It was a pleasure to do sales with Sarah and Ruth, they have always been helpful on the end of the phone with any queries. Just had a slight problem with a leak and I must say we have had the best service ever. Rang on Sunday and it has now been fixed (Tuesday), by Dave the technician who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. An excellent company to purchase a hot tub from, highly recommended.
We had our Envoy delivered just over two weeks ago, the whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish we have used our tub every day since.

Bought a Vanguard in mid July. Installers incorrectly wired IP plug. First warranty issue was non working Auxillary control panel and wooden frame base had started to crack. 2nd visit was to replace non working moto massager. This did not fix the problem. Waited again whilst HTB contacted Hotspring for a plumbing diagram. 3rd warranty visit to change moto massager again, still not working, replaced jet pump and told all seems fine now. Also asked to change filter weir gate as this is also now not working. Returned from work to find weir changed, moto massager still not working! £10k for a tub that I'd have to question the quality of when I paid this much to avoid such issues. 2 stars as so far they have at least changed some parts even if the moto massager issue is still unresolved. Time for the 4th warranty visit!
Phoning this company has always been a pleasure, having your requirements dealt with on each occasion in a very personable and prompt manner. My most recent service problem was dealt with by Trevor who is always more than helpful on every occasion I speak to him. As I say it just like dealing with a very helpful and knowledgeable friend!
After an amusing phone call to book the appointment I was pleased to get the promised phone call confirming what time of the day that the engineer would arrive. Surprisingly he arrived as promised with all the pre ordered chemicals. He was pleasant and efficient . All in all great service. Thanks
we purchased our envoy from hot tub barn a year ago, everyone in the company could not be more helpful. from the installation team (who were amazing) to the sales team and everyone in the middle, with special thanks to Trevor Parsons for his help, patience, and wit. As for the TUB one word sums it up. FABULOUS we are in it 4 to 5 times a week whenever we can get in it and it relaxes us, calms us, and just makes us feel so much better plus we have found an added bonus in the fact it appears to have stopped the cramp in our feet and legs that we used to suffer. so to sum up as above. Just had a visit from Dave and Mark of the Hot Tub Barn to sort out my Vanguard. They arrived when they said they would and dealt with the Tub speedily and efficiently. They even brought with them an order of chemicals which I had placed only yesterday afternoon.
The service from Hot Tub Barn is excellent and advice is always available at the end of the phone. Being new to owing a Hot Tub, I have made several calls to them to check on the maintenance of the Tub. They are always able to help and will call back later to check that everything is OK.
Have already recommended to friends who have since bought their own tubs.

We bought our Hot Springs Vanguard hot tub from Daniel Warner at their Knockholt outlet in Kent, which is next to Coolings nursery last year. Daniel has a great display of hot tubs and arranged for us to try the Vanguard before purchasing our one.
It was delivered on the 29th.Dec. The delivery chaps were great, they lifted the tub over a 6 foot wall and had it running in no time at all.
It has been in continuous use since with out any problems. We buy our chemicals and bits from Daniel who is always very helpful.
As ever, the guys at Hot Tub Barn are white hot on customer service. Called me back regarding my web enquiry, sourced the product asap, and had it despatched within 24 hours.

Once we had decided to buy a Hot Tub Sarah Self was there to guide us and give expert advice. We were made very welcome and took Sarah's advice to try the Hot Tubs. It didn't take us long to full in love with the Hotsprings Sovereign which suits all our family needs. The advice and information sheets we were given on location and installation were very useful and Sarah was always happy to help with any queries. The delivery and installation went very well and smoothly. The guys were very efficient, tidy and happy to answer any questions. The after care has been fantastic any issues are quickly resolved with a phone call and even Sarah phoning us to make sure all is well. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

We started off by looking around the Chelmsford showroom , they had a good selection of spas, all filled and available for testing. The ladies in the showroom were attentive, but they gave us plenty of space to have a nose around. Ruth organised a test soak for us on a Sunday morning before the showroom opened so we could have privacy. We were sold! When discussing the options we let her know our budget and she told us how to get what we needed within our budget, there was no attempt to "hard sell" us something more expensive.
Delivery was made within the time limits we were given, and the guys who installed it got the job done with great efficiency and gave us a full run down on the maintenance and operation of the tub.
Our family are now enjoying using the tub, it's great fun and a good way to relax and unwind. Anyone thinking of getting one, I would highly recommend it, and if you order through Hot Tub Barn, you won't go far wrong.

I had my hot tub installed yesterday, by your engineer Dave Mathews. I can not speak highly enough of him. He was fast, effecient, very informative, gave us a lot of very helpfull tips, and made it seem very easy. I only hope we do not let him down by getting it wrong!! He even took the rubbish away with him!! What more can I say but what a good start to my new tub. Thank you Paula Burgess. I would also like to thank Martin at Bybrook for being so helpfull on the initial visit.
Could not really ask for any better service in terms of the knowledge and advice provided by all members of staff. The delivery Daves were very respectful of my property and did a great job of using hiab to lift tub up and over the garden gate and down the side of the house before safely rolling and tipping tub into perfect place I'd chosen in the garden. Set up and instruction on chemicals great - the DVD and written info to back this up excellent and easy to understand. Fantastic, therapeutic hot tub experience.....great fun with friends and family too!
