An outstanding service
I think that Atlantic Signs have one of the best online ordering systems I have ever used. Even giants like Amazon could learn from the personal touches in Atlantic's system. The website process to chose and order a house sign is very easy. It is intuitive and the pricing clear. There are no hidden surprises.
The draft design comes back very quickly, orders are acknowledged, delivery dates set and I was informed when the sign was despatched (on the date that had been promised). It arrived the next day and the quality lived up to my expectations.
I would not normally take the trouble to write a review for an online product, but I thought Atlantic Signs whole process was so outstandingly good it should be recognised.

Good signs but hidden fixings overly complicated
I bought a small sign in slate with just two numbers. It attaches without visible screws but you need to drill 3" holes to support it and try to cover the fixing bolts in glue to hold it in position. I wish I had bought one with screws.

Atlantic Signs is such a rare business - they actually do exactly what they say they will precisely on time and they clearly love what they do. The resulting sign spoke eloquently to the craftsmanship and care taken in making and delivering it - just beautiful.

A sign of good service
Brilliant service. So easy to order as you can preview the design on different backgrounds. They give you a price and delivery date. When you have put the order in they email you to make sure you are happy with the design and then you confirm the order. They email again when they are dispatching the order. Next day delivery was spot on. The delivery man was very pleasant and helpful. It was a heavy sign but we knew that as all the details were on the order. The sign is lovely and we are very happy. I would highly recommend this firm and their signs. I wanted to use a local firm and was really pleased that I did.

Just exactly what I wanted

Great quality product, delivered exactly when they said it would be.
You never know what a product will look like when you buy from the Internet,but this is high quality and perfectly finished. Haven't put it up yet but it's going to look great on the side of my house. Also for such a heavy product i thought the packaging was representative of the size of the sign. Companies so often over do the amount of packaging. I did have to speak to someone on the phone and i found them helpful and courteous. All in all very pleased with the service and the product i have bought.

Expensive? but so worth it - great value for money is the best summary!
I do have some reservations with ordering some things over the internet, as you are never quite sure about the quality of the product that is going to turn up - or how long it will take, no matter what the website says! As the signs I ordered were quite large, the cost was significant but after much research and careful consideration, I took the risk (!) - and I am glad I did as the service from point of ordering to delivery was perfect, the delivery time was as stated AND the product itself is beautiful. Very happy all round and I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!

My Celtic Cornish piece of Art
Just received my door sign and was so excited to undo the wrapper. The box was
heavy and so large my door sign was sitting in the middle of all the polystyrene and I
was amazed at the secure packing. I absolutely love my sign and so pleased to

Right sign for the right house
Having recently moved to the Isle of Man to a lovely bungalow I wanted a house sign that would be in keeping and ordered a slate sign from Atlantic Signs, I was hugely impressed by the range of designs and ordered 'Fisherman's Rest' which is appropriate as my husband enjoys fishing. Translated into the Manx Gaelic and in the Celtic form of lettering it looks just perfect. I was also very impressed by the service and delivery and would highly recommend this company to anyone - if only other and much bigger firms would provide such a first class service!

Great service and a lovely product
Ordering the sign was really easy, trying out different fonts and sizes was simple and made choosing straightforward.
We had a couple of emails after the order to confirm the sign and the delivery date.
The delivery date was kept to and the sign arrived, well packed and if anything better quality than I expected.
I love my sign and would definitely use them again.

Don't normally do feedbacks but felt i had to, given the quality of the product. We ordered the wrong type of fixing, this was anticipated and we were contacted straight away. We changed the order to refelct our requirement and the sign arrived very soon after this. The sign is better than we thought it would be as it was a very reasonable price. Can't recommend these people enough. A round of applause. : -)

TOP QUALITY PRODUCT & TOP QUALITY SERVICE

Excellent product and service
Atlantic signs provided an excellent service right through from my original design to the finished sign being delivered ; I made many minor changes to the design over a few weeks, but each was handled perfectly, and being able to view the updated version online as each change was made helped me to get to the final decision.
