Great site , loads to offer and good prices
Great site and value , but only fault is , im very disappointed in the offers as almost every time I look the free gift is out of stock .and no other option given or honered at a later date

Great value for money
I buy all my hair products from HQ as they are good value compared to the prices charged in my hairdressers. Delivery is quick and they are well packaged. There is also a good range of products that aren't always on other sites.

I've always found HQ hair to be a fantastic online beauty shop. They often have the large hard to find sizes of my favourite shampoo, and they sell the wonderful Nars. What more could you possibly want?

Salon products at good prices with excellent service and free delivery
I prefer using quality products that you can usually only buy in beauty or hair salons. HQ Hair is an easy to navigate site with many of the products I want to use available. Prices are better than I can buy locally and delivery on the free service arrives within a few days.

Really remarkably bad customer service
I have had good experiences previously with HQ Hair but my recent one has been so bad that it's completely overshadowed everything that came before it. The courier apparently delivered my order to someone else in my building, without notifying me in any way or taking the person's name. This was TWO MONTHS ago. Since then, I've been trying endlessly to get a refund or replacement from HQ Hair, to no avail. They usually take three days to respond to emails, and then respond with various holding emails or requests for information I've already supplied. They have offered absolutely no tangible help whatsoever. The most progress I've had with them was when they sent me a form to print out, fill in by hand, scan and return. Which was extremely irritating and time-consuming. Nevertheless, I dutifully completed and returned it, with no response for three days now. I presume they're stalling me until some kind of legal liability period expires and they don't have to make good on the loss. Just a hilariously amateurish and unpleasant experience all round. Avoid.

BEWARE! I am still waiting for refund 1/2 year later..
I have still not received my order (Bought and paid in full Dec 2012!!!!).
They 'sent' two replacement orders - NEVER arrived - Tracking NEVER moved.
They distracted me until it was too late to claim through paypal! ALWAYS lodge a complaint with paypal do not let them stop you.
I am still fighting for a refund - they will not return my emails, the order was cancelled by them FEB 2013!! it is now MAY 2013 and STILL NO REFUND!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK.

Hqhair is a website that i appreciate a lot. It s the 4th Time i order and i m totally satisfied. The staff always gives a complete answer to my questions and the delivery service is very quick . I just hope more brands to be sold by Hqhair because i trust the website a lot and i am a bit afraid to order elsewhere.

Courier did not deliver. Customer service does not seem to care.
I''ve been waiting for my delivery for 3 weeks. After contacting customer service, all I got back is a reference number and a cryptic name for Delivery medium. After ringing them, I was given a courier name whom I have to contact myself. The customer service representative was most unhelpful.
It seems the reference is not recognised at that courier website. I am not sure when I will get my order if ever.

Eye Catching..
Product arrived on time & I was dubious but I have to say the Magnifibres brush-on false lashes are really good! Great for a night out & I would definitely buy again! It works!

Thank you very much for the quick shipping and for having almost all the Nars products which we cannot get here in Portugal.
I'll definitely come back (as I did, twice, already), although I think you might want to review your shipping prices - they are far beyond reasonable...

What to order next?? :)
After my first purchase from HQ Hair all I can say is that I'm back reviewing items to see what I can purchase next. Delivery did not take long, the product was nicely packed so I have no worries about future buys getting damaged, product was of excellent quality...so I can say that they company deserves the 5 stars I am rating it.

Quick delivery solved my bad hair day!!!
I had previously bought this product from a hairdresser's in town but it was quite costly so decided to try HQ Hair to see if they stocked the product, not only was it cheaper it arrived well packaged and in super quick time. I will definately use them again. A++++++++++++

Still have not received my order
I have still not received my order. I have been on the website to see where it is. It was despatched on the 27/March, but I still have not received it. As not allowed to log complaint until 10 working days after despatch ( this is today) I have been waiting until now to contact customer services. I know this was not on purpose but as you can imagine I am not very satisfied that I have not received the order yet I have been debited.

This was my first time ordering from HQhair and honestly - I couldn't be happier! The brand selection is wide with great options, good prices and best of all - free international shipping. I didn't expect my package to arrive so soon, so I was pleasantly surprised about that as well. Imagine my surprise when I receive a gift with my purchase too! A free razor is never wrong.
Overall, I'm happy with this website and will definitely be ordering there again.
