Goed en eenvoudig geregeld
Snel een hotel nodig voor een onverwachte zakelijk trip naar Berlijn. Normaal gesproken pak ik mijn vaste hoteladressen maar ik zou laat aankomen en moest aan de buitenkant van de binnenring zijn dus ter plekke iets gezocht. HRS had de juiste opties en het was snel geregeld zonder onndig tijdverlies

Makkelijk en moeiteloos boeken!
Handig om hotels uit te zoeken. In een keer op de kaart te vinden, afstanden erbij naar centrum, metro, trein en vluchthaven. Erg handig. Makkelijke stoppen om te boeken. Alleen zou eerder in de boeking te zien moeten zijn, dat er alleen met credit card te boeken is vanwege gegarandeerde reservering. Helaas heeft niet iedereen een credit card. Verder erg prettige en overzichtelijke site!

Clair,rapide,efficace
La réseravtion s'est très bien déroulée.Juste un bémol,il serait intéressant de faire ressortir davantage le type de réservation (modifiable, annulable ou non).
J'utilise maintenant HRS depuis plusieurs années et je recommande vivement ce site!

un hôtel trés convenable et peu cher
j'ai dû chercher une chambre où dormir, proche de la gare de Lyon. Grande a été ma surprise quand au prix des nuitées pratiqué par les hôtels environnants. J'ai choisi l'hôtel Normandie pour son prix bas et pour sa proximité de la gare de Perrache. Je l'ai trouvé facilement. Je n'ai pas eu à marcher longtemps. l'accueil a été sympathique et simple. L'hôtel est propre, agréable et fonctionnel. La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et calme, le petit déjeuner, facile à trouver et suffisamment copieux. En bref bien.

Like the simple interface with key criteria
I like the simple key criteria (location from city center, from train station, price etc), in list format for down selection of hotel options. I've booked with HRS 3 times recently when it provided deals better than the other hotel booking portals. I had the need to call an HRS rep one time and was very happy with the contact and resolution.....

Zonder problemen en snel.

Het ging heel soepel. Eenvoudige bediening.
Ik had wel een beetje moeite met het wel of niet moeten betalen.
Achteraf bleek dat er geen betaling vooraf nodig was.

Good portal, very easy to yde
I like using HRS as my first step to shop[ for a place to stay in my frequent travels. I like the way that the site has versitility and they flexibility. The I-Pad version is by far the best and I hope the windows and Android versions will soon become the same.

Great but always room for improvement.
Great site because it gives complete information on different rooms, different rates, different rates for different payment times, whether BF is included. I've never had a problem with the hotel not having the reservation or trying to change conditions. Possible improvements: It is not always clear whether WiFi is free. That would be nice to know. The other problem is that sometimes the rate you see when you scan the first list that comes up has such special conditions (pay now, no cancel, no refund, no BF) that it is not really a rate one would consider. It would be better to give the range of rates for your situation -- e.g. for a double room on the dates you want.

Voor half 10 mochten wij al op onze kamer. Goed verzorgde kamer, vriendelijk ontvangen en verzorgd buffer. Prijs kwaliteit goed in orde.

Reliable and easy to use
I have made reservations a couple of times through this website.
Reservations were always honored by the hotel and were trouble free.
A lot of times the price was competitive in comparison to other websites and a lot of times this website offered deals for hotels that were not list on other websites, so it was easier to get a better deal.

Moeilijk om aanpassingen te doen wanneer een fout is gemaakt.
Het bleek vreselijk moeilijk om een EK te veranderen in een TK.
Heb moeten nieuwe kamer (TK) reserveren en dan de vorige (EK) annuleren.
Het hele proces duurt lang en is niet customer friendly.

Simple et efficace.
Sur les hotels de chaine, le prix est rarement beaucoup plus intéressant sur HRS, mais parfois cela permet d'inclure le petit-déjeuner à un tarif avantageux.

Great location and super rooms ...
Having been in Prague before, we wanted to stay in the old town, but quiet. We found this spot and will go back there next time we will visit Prague. The spacey rooms reminded us of small apartments and the service was clear and quick ... Best value for money I have seen for a long time.

Send more confirm letters
I think it would be better if user can choose to send themselves one more confirm letter after they logged in. They may deleted it somehow. And tourists need confirm letters both in their mother tongue and in English( for tourist visa).
