Den holder!

Jeg er nødt til at fremhæve HTC SV som jeg har købt som meget "slidstærk". Jeg er meget klodset og jeg har tabt min telefon adskillige gange i den tid jeg har haft den. Det er først her for nylig der var dukket to større revner i glasset op. I forgårs tabte jeg den på et stengulv og den krakelerede, i går tabte jeg den så i toilettet og jeg tænkte at NU var den død. Jeg tørrede den og lagde den på radiatoren om formiddagen. Sidst på eftermiddagen kiggede jeg til den og den tændte!! Er vildt imponeret. Den bliver udsat for både slag og vandstænk + de to større uheld her og den fungerer bare stadig!

Tak for en god telefon! Nu skal vi bare have repareret glasset - så skulle jeg forhåbentlig være good to go :)

Great product HTC one

I am on my third HTC device and cannot fault it. I do have issues with my mobile provider cause problems when they add their software on top though!

The HTC one has to be one the best phone of 2013.

Fuldstændig uacceptabel behandling af garantisag

Jeg har købt og modtaget en HTC One dual Sim mobiltelefon. Jeg satte telefonen til opladning - bemærkede et uanseligt lille mærke i skærmen, men anså det ikke for at have nogen betydning. Telefonen lå til opladning i godt 2 dage, hvorefter jeg bemærkede en lille revne i skærmen, der udviklede sig langsomt. formodentligt p.g.a. spændinger i glasset. Jeg kontaktede HTC service, men blev afvist med det samme jeg nævnte ordet skærm. Herefter kontaktede jeg forhandleren, der straks sendte en returseddel. Efter få dage gav denne besked om, at telefonen var sendt videre til et HTC værksted.
Fra værkstedet kom der besked om at garantien ikke dækkede, da skaden var selvforskyldt. For at dokumentere dette sendte de et billede af telefonen pr. mail til forhandleren. Dette billede fik jeg så mailet fra forhandleren. På billedet ses revnen tydeligt, men tillige er der tilføjet en ridse på tværs. Det skulle angiveligt vise et slag på telefonen.Dette fandt jeg besynderligt, da jeg havde et eget foto - taget lige inden afsendelse af mobilen til forhandleren. Det billede viser klart, at der kun er den en revne og ikke andet. Konfronteret med dette blev forklaringen nu fra værkstedet, at der også var en anden skade. Det vil sige at de har tilføjet telefonen endnu en skade for at kunne fralægge sig ansvar. Herefter blev det efter HTC's mening min fejl, at jeg ikke returnerede telefonen med det samme jeg så det meget lille og for mig ubetydelige mærke i glasset.
Senest har HTC Danmark forsvaret værksted at påstå at den tilføjede ridse, er en revne der har udviklet sig som følge af den første revne, hvilket deres eget billede klart modbeviser, idet en revne er regelmæssig, modsat en ridse. Byggende på dette bedrageri har HTC afvist mit krav.
Det skal nævnes at forhandleren igennem hele forløbet, har støttet mig og har gjort HTC opmærksom på deres uansvarlige agerende. Men HTC er kyniske.
De sælger åbenbart så meget, at den enkelte kunde intet betyder.
Så dette til advarsel om ikke at købe HTC produkter, hvis der samtidig ønskes garanti. GARANTIEN er ikke eksisterende. Jeg hører gerne fra kunder der har lignende erfaringer med HTC og HTC's værksted Telecare.

worst customer service I have ever received

I purchased an HTC One mobile phone about 4 months ago and it recently developed a fault whereby the phone was unable to recognise my sim card. As a nearly new phone the warranty was still valid and as such I sent it to you repair. I discovered from internet research that this is a common fault amongst recent HTC phones, and assumed the repair would be done swiftly. Instead, I received a response via email informing me that the damage was not covered under warranty, and which demanded £150 for the repair.

I rang ythe customer service helpline to seek a further explanation, and to query the decision. The customer service representative informed me the repairs team had found evidence of liquid damage and offered to email me some pictures of the alleged damage. I was a quite confused by this as the phone is almost new, and I have never dropped it in water or spilled water on the phone, plus the sim card tray fits very tightly in the side of the phone, so I could not understand how any moisture had got in there. Once I received the pictures I rang HTC back, and he transferred me to your escalations department.

The customer service representative in the escalations department was quite possibly the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken to in my life. He gave no reasonable answers to how water could have got into a tightly fitted sim card tray and simply repeatedly told me that all he knew was that it was my fault and that I had to pay for the repair.

After about half an hour on the phone being continually told this was my fault and there was nothing that could be done, the person I was speaking to let slip that it was actually the USB port (which works absolutely fine) that was the location of the alleged corrosion. I pressed him on this issue and he then admitted that the sim card tray error was actually covered under warranty. The change of direction in the conversation seemed to throw him, and he went very quiet for a couple of seconds, obviously trying to think of another reason to deny the repair request.

When I requested that HTC simply leave the USB port alone, repair the sim card tray and return the phone to me, your representative had obviously composed himself and continued to deny my request. The reason I received was that the repairs team are obligated to fix every problem they find on the phone before it can be returned to the customer. I sought clarification on this, and asked him if he was honestly telling me that HTC couldn’t fix the part of my phone that was broken, because they had to fix a different part that works absolutely fine, and had evidence the ‘damage’ to the ‘faulty’ part was caused by me. He confirmed that was the case.

He then told me that if I carried on using the phone the USB charger would break within weeks and it would have to be fixed then. I questioned how he could have actually known that. He told me that he has seen this kind of damage before and when the phone has been sent back to the customer unfixed the customer has always sent their phone back for repair within weeks. Unfortunately I didn’t think of this during the actual phone call but I subsequently realised there are only two possible explanations for his answer:

a) He is telling the truth, which means that what he said about HTC having a policy of only returning phones in factory conditions was a lie.
b) He is lying, and as HTC only returns phones in factory condition, therefore he had never actually seen what happens when phones with corrosion on the USB port are returned to customers.

He then advised me to seek a solution through my insurance, I told him though I had insurance I did not know whether this would be covered. Despite having no knowledge of the details of my insurance policy he repeatedly assured me that it would.

Throughout the entire conversation all I received was a long string of obfuscations, aggression and lies. It was clear that he was no honest broker assessing the validity of my warranty claim, but was simply bent on denying my claim by whatever means it took to do so, including lying. His conduct was definitely immoral and quite possibly illegal. I feel like HTC has violated my consumer rights like no other company has before.

I would have no problem paying to repair a problem caused by me, but paying to repair a known fault on an almost new phone, that the relevant company has admitted is covered under warranty, is extremely upsetting. I work as a badly paid administrator, and the contract I signed to get such a top of the range smartphone comprises a very significant part of my disposable income. I feel sick to the stomach at the thought of having to unfairly pay £150 or go almost two years paying the contract and not having the use of the phone.

I then wrote to HTC to complain, and weeks later received a call from their customer ‘care’ manager. I thought finally HTC had seen sense but he just repeated the exact same nonsense that the escalations department had parroted. Absolutely ridiculous, I would advise anyone reading this to never ever buy an HTC phone, they are nothing but a bunch of criminals in my opinion.

Appalling customer service

After sending my phone back to be repaired for the 3rd time in a year a completely different phone was returned to me. I then spent weeks talking for numerous different customer service staff trying to convince them that they had indeed sent me the wrong phone. Then after arranging a pick up top which no one turned up to I had a near month long wait for a phone to be built for me in Poland rather than a new one being sent to me straight away. Throughout this no one was able to give me any idea of how long anything would take and promises of calls to keep me updated were never followed through with. In total I was left without a phone for nearly 3 months!

HTC location er ikke til at stole på!

Har købt HTC location fri navigation i EU for 369 kr. De skrev på min kvittering da jeg havde betalt det at det var en uophørlig licens og at det var fra HTC locations-teamet. Men nu kan jeg ikke hente kort opdateringer længere. Og når man kontakter HTC kundeservice for at få hjælp, får man nu af vide at de er ved at lukke location ned og man ikke man få pengene tilbage da det er over to år siden man har købt produktet og at det ikke er dem der står for det, men et firma der hedder route 66. Så går man tilbage til sin kvittering, og finder så også ud af at der står at dette route 66 står for support vedrørende faktureringen. Men da man starter med at læse fakturaen står der HTC locations-butik. Skulle man så ikke tro at det var fra HTC? Også når det er noget de fremhævede som salgsagument da man købte sin HTC desire HD. Er godt nok sur og træt af at jeg nu står med et navigations program som ikke kan bruges til noget som helst, og skal til Tyskland på fredag!

Elsker htc telefoner

er nu på min 3 HTC telefon og har været glad for dem alle. Udviklingen er hurtig på området og ved hvert skift er telefonen kun blevet bedre. Min seneste HTC One er helt suveræn, hurtig software, god bruger venlighed og hurtig netforbindelse. MEN GPSen er ikke i top. Jeg mister ind i mellem signalet, irriterende når man bruger Endomondo til at track ens løbetider.

Fede produkter, -elendig (eller rettere: INGEN) kundeservice!

Bestilte tilbehør til min HTC ONE den 2. juli 2013, med lovet levering på 3 dage.
I dag søndag den 14. juli 2013 kan jeg konstatere, at jeg ikke har modtaget noget som helst.
Jeg har sendt mail til HTC accessory store (Expansys) for 6 dage siden, -ingen svar, og jeg har ringet til HTC kundeservice, men tænk- De tager ikke telefonen.

PÆNT SKUFFET!

Jeg har nu sendt cancellation mail til Expansys og forventer det går i orden.,
så jeg ikke pludselig får tilsendt varer, som jeg skal bøvle med at få RMA numre til og returnere.

har fået 2 htc telefoner i træk med fejl på..... de ved ikke hvad fejlen er.

Elendig kvalitet og kundeservice

Købte for under 2 år siden en htc desire s fra Oister. Passede godt på den, fik kun en lille ridse i løbet af de to år. En dag lød der et puf, mens telefonen sad i opladeren. Jeg tjekkede - opladeren var røget og en besked på telefonen sagde at opladeren var inkompatibel med telefonen og jeg skulle fjerne den inden den lavede skade på telefonen.
Jeg bestilte en ny original oplader, men opdagede at telefonen fra da af kun kunne holde strøm i 5-8 timer uden den var i brug. Jeg kontakter først Oister og spørger om det kunne være batteriet og om jeg evt. ville kunne få et nyt, da reklamationsretten stadig gælder. De vil i stedet have den til reparation - så af sted med den. De sender den videre til htc, hvor de siger den er vandskadet (der er en indikator inde i telefonen), så der er ingen reklamation der gælder (men de vil gerne skrotte den for mig...).
Oister siger det er op til htc, men at de ikke vil gøre noget. Jeg kontakter derfor htc, der igen siger at de kun er kundeservice og ikke kan svare på tekniske spørgsmål, men at telefonen har fået vand og derfor ikke er dækket af reklamationsretten.
Det tætteste den telefon har været på vand, er hvad fugtighed der kan være i en lomme! Hvis byggekvaliteten ikke er til mere, så må reklamationen sku gælde.
Er helt sikker, jeg køber aldrig en htc mere og Oister har mistet mig som kunde - den ryger videre til forbrugerklagenævnet...

Geräte sind ok bis auf die stark schwankende Verarbeitung - Service - igit!

Der Service dieser Firma ist schlichtweg nicht vorhanden. Es sei denn man will es als Dienst am Kunden bezeichnen Textblöcke zugesandt zu bekommen die einem klar machen, dass die Fehler bereits vor Auslieferung bekannt waren (und das sind sehr viele!) und das es dafür auch keine Lösung gibt.

Frechheit und genau genommen eine arglistige Täuschung - m.E.!

Perfekt software, installeret på dårlig hardware!

Jeg synes HTC Sense er rigtigt fedt, og uden tvivl det fedeste Android-skin men problemet er at selve telefonerne er alt for dårlig kvalitet!

-mobilen begyndte samtidig at komme med en meddelelse om at simkort ikke var isat, selvom det sad i. Det begyndte at blive 10-15 gange om dagen og imorgen kommer den hjem fra reparation. Jeg regner med den kører fejlfrit den første uges tid.

Jeg ved godt at loven siger der må være op til 3 pixelfejl uden man kan klage over det, men jeg synes at de dyre modeller til 4-5000 kroner burde være fejlfrie i skærmen og HTC burde kassere dem med fejl. de billigere HTC´er er fair nok der er lidt pixelfejl i.

Amazing phones, Beyond amazing support

Ever since my first smartphone i have been a HTC user, and i'm very happy about their phones and customer support, i just had bad experience with my phone, since i voided my phone's warranty i couldn't get it repaired, but a letter to HTC explaining everything resolved in them replacing my phone free of charge.

Fantastic Phones! Rubbish Customer Services!!

I must say I cannot fault the hardware and performance for the HD Desire HD mobile phone. I think it device is second to none. Well Probably the Samsung Galazy S3 but that's far newer.

But I've had a fault with my volume button and speaker where it doesn't work very well. So under EU regulations you have 24months warranty so I've sent it back directly to HTC to repaire the phone.

They've recieved it and just say it's not covered under warranty and it'll cost me over £130 to get it repaired. No description, no nothing. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get a description of the problem and nothing. I've been emailing them every day and nothing.
Will I get my phone back? Who knows. Do they really care? I very much doubt it. But as it stands they have my phone.

I might just bite the bullet, just pay to get it sent back and sell it on a phone recycling scheme and but something better.

Had an HTC desire which I have been well pleased with, only let down by minimal internal memory . Am getting a One V which should solve the problem.

if you need a good phone and decent price go with htc
not many people know but HTC is been around for years its not a new company they use to make phone for all the network
such as o2 xda, o2 orbit etc all was made by htc.
