The help feature on my phone is in Portugese, great if you speak it, not much use to me, and the HTC help desk has not been able to solve the problem. They told me to go onto the help feature and change the language! How can you do that if you can't understand the language to find out where to do it.
Had a HTC Desire S that kept switching itself off. Sent phone off from repair came back and within 3 minutes did the same. Customer services not interested, tried to put blame on me for the failed repair and told me a whole pack of lies when I ntried to take it further. In the end cut my losses and got an iPhone. Much more reliable
En stor tak til Pia fra HTC Care Team. Efter at jeg havde min HTC Desire til reparation flere gange kontaktede Pia mig og tilbød mig en hel ny telefon , det er da service. (Mange Tak)
Mvh Jan Hansen.
Like the look of the phone, the feel and most features but I HATE the way you have to answer it with a swipe across the screen. I have missed so many calls because of sweaty or greasy fingers.
I got my HTC Legend last year, and already, i think, 1 months later, the mobile suck. There has been much with the phone. Black screen, very slow, no internet (sometimes it works fine enough), goes out and more. I'm just waiting for the new Iphone 4 coming to Denmark.
Beautiful phones that work intelligently, intuitively and above all fingerlerly. Never before has a finger been put to such good use as when navigating using HTC Sense. So gratifiying! Those Taiwanese may be working under the constant threat of Chinese invasion but you know what, they say that people work better under pressure and this is the proof I guess.
Just look at the Polish codebreakers prior to WW2 - worldbeaters they were 'cos they were under pressure from the Hun. Maybe that's what's caused the Western economic meltdown...no more threat from the East? You getting this? Bring back the Cold War that'll sort the Greeks, Eyeties and Spanish out. Oh, and the Micks.
Why do they keep adding gubbins that they know you're never gonna want or use though like 'Teeter' (WTF?) and 'Friend Stream' (doesn't work) and worst of all 'Stocks' (simply ridiculous).
Recently bought a HTC Sensation and it's the best phone I've ever used, beats the iPhone anyday
the worst telecoms company I've ever dealt with ( since 1980)... they've grown too fast and don't know their products, managers don't read emails before calling you and then have the stupidity to ask you what's up......
Nice looking products but their customer service and repairs centre's are utter rubbish............
As a company HTC consistently delivers quality hardware and support. Their phones are innovative and just work well. All three of my phone have been flawless during each 18 month contract and sold on at the end for a good return.
I have. HTC desire hd, beats the runner up! I use it for work, pleasure when I'm bored. When I'm lost use the sat nav internet is fast, easy lay out simple use, I find out new things about it daily
Winner every time.. this is my 3rd HTC only gettin!g better!

HTC Kunde Support stinker.
I decided to go from PAYG smart phone to a contract one and chose an HTC because it would do all I needed and the Android system is the way forward.
company knowing that they have faults on their phones yet still keep selling them, how bad is that, come on HTC sort it out
I will never buy anything from HTC again. In August I contacted HTC to advise that my new smartfone (5mths old) was slow and that I was unable to answer calls-a factory reset did not help. They instructed me to send the phone for repair. After numerous calls day after day, I established they lost my phone. After further calls they advised they would send me a replacement. After yet more calls, they advised they didn't have my phone type in stock - would I take the more up to date version? eh duh YES. The people in the help desk are very nice - they just can't do anything - it's always another departments fault. I now call every day to find out how they are getting on building the new phone? That's right - they are building this new phone from scratch????(they are awaiting an update from the department that builds the phone) whilst I continue to pay my monthly contract and the landline phone bill! I don't see any end in sight. I am losing the will to live. NEVER DEAL WITH HTC.
I bougt my Wildfire half a year ago and it's so slow like you wouldn't believe.
I don't have a lot of apps on it, i don't have a lot of pictures, movies etc etc.
I have no idea why it's acting like this. It has bin slow since the day i got it, but just gotten worse
It is so slow that when i'm writing a text the first 6 letters is written in large letters - that's just one example.
I am using HTC Desire from a long time now and its really a good phone better than iphone i think, but its my personal view
A fair number of the senior staff at Buyaparcel use a HTC Wildfire or Desire HD primarily for calls and to check Exchange email. The phones have been reliable and have a well-made feel to them.
They would get 5 stars if the battery could last more than 1 day without turning all the functions off - a symptom of all smart phones that hasn't been addressed yet. One of our handsets did go faulty within 1 year but the repair turnaround was pretty fast.
Have always relied on my Samsung mobile, old but reliable...when I renewed my contract I was persuaded to also have this phone.
It worked well for about 2 months then the problems started..freezing up and having to switch it off and on again, this eventually became a 3 times a week chore....
I contacted them and a new one was sent out...within a week I got the same problems again..another one was delivered and again the same thing again...eventually I gave up and went back to my trusty Samsung.
Have just got my 2nd HTC, and love it as much as my last.
Just as good as any iphone or blackberry.
I think HTC are better value for money
Bad signal, very sensitive touch screen, no lights when you get a text, appaling battery life...Worse choice of phone...I will go back on my Nokia 5800 Express music....loads better
I love my Desire HD and the support and features from HTC. The only reason that I haven't given it 5 stars is that some features - such as the phone tracker - seem to work intermittently at times. It's a bit hit and miss, which kind of defeats the object!
We have two desires and a wildfire in our household on the 3 network been really pleased with the phones easy to use excellent features will have to be pretty amazing phones to get me to change from HTC when contracts renew.
I like Android and find HTC sense best for it.
But the Sensation and the priginal carkit does not work 100% together.
When you take out the phone from carkit it not turn off all function it have in the carkit the loudspeaker is still turn on so the sound in your ear is very high when you answer the phone, and in carkit the picture not turn arround every time.
Because location work in carkit the telephone registered at it is in the Carkit but when you take out the sensation something still mean it is in the carkit.
HTC support will not hear and send this software issue to the right people only want to send ind my phone for 3rd time for repair but the already has change mainboard and screen on it with the same promblem.
I hope Sense 3,5 come to sensation and take care of the problem, else i next time must try another brand because this is not acceptable to a top telephone.
