ordered on sunday night and delivered on the tuesday lunchtime with emails detailing where my package was on route and with the name and time of my delivery driver,
you just cant get better than that :)
overall very impressed and will be revisiting and recomending very highly to all i know.

The picture on the website of UV lamp clearly shows a model with 2 tubes, whereas the item I received only has one.
It was also damaged, when received, although the damage was cosmetic.
I suppose I could have returned it, but haven't really go the time to go through that hassle and then find another supplier.
Item was not available from stock, but I did receive a phone call to notify, and the item was received within the period they said.
After ordering an initial product which was shown to be available on the website I was contacted to say the product was actually not available but would be in stock within the month, which was disappointing. However, a decent discount on a similar product and free next day delivery was a fantastic piece of customer service and very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
I bought a DJ ergo carry case from htfr as it said on the site it was in stock and would be sent next day delivery. 3 days later I phoned to see what was happening as still in sign of parcel. The fella told me that they was waiting on stock from pioneer. And will be in non that day . Any way another 4 days passed I phoned again. They tell me that there still waiting on stock and informed me that everywhere in the uk was waiting on stock on this bag. And would be a waste of time to cancel order. Guess what I canceled and bought my bag from DJ superstore it arrived next day delivery. And for near enough 2 weeks they still listed the bag in stock. Very very poor service and lying to customers is not on.
When ordering the product I found the information ok and the customer service good with my initial enquiries. I my order was out of stock and could not be delivered for Christmas but was promised for New Year. It was finally despatched in Feb! To make matters worse it was 'lost in post', taking a few calls to establish this and having to wait 30 working days before it could be sent again. I received my parcel mid March, so I must say whilst the product is ok the after-sales service left a lot to be desired. Just make sure you are not wanting your order ASAP, this does not come into their vocabulary.
I ordered a PA system for our company, I recieved an email to state that it was out of stock and was offered an alternative.
I declined the alternative but was please to find that our system had been despatched 2 days later.
The ordering process was easy, customer services were good and the item was delivered promptly despite being out of stock at that current time.
a truly satisfying experience, your postage was quicker when via royal mail rather than tnt though. other than that a top experience
As always, your parts service is excellent. My only gripe is that you cannot seem to get the head name on the delivery right. Even after a 'phone call you cocked it up. The account name is one thing, and the delivery recipient name is another, and should not be switched or combined. This is simple for my othe suppliers, why is it so difficult for your post room?

I bought three LP's from HTFR. The service was reasonably good but when the records arrived they were covered in a myriad of scratches, some of them quite serious. I was very disappointed. It is not hard to find rubbish I could have gone to a car boot sale and found better quality and at a better price.

I have gone from a bedroom DJ when I purchased my Technics 1210s and stacks of vinyl to a club DJ when I used then to purchase my Pioneer CDJ 1000s and mixer. P
I have recently started a mobile DJ business and guess what! I went back to HTFR.com. Their range of goods is fantastic it's like a 1stop shop for any DJ.
I have just switched over to the digital and using traktor with my Denon 6000 controller, the guys even helped me set it up over the phone.
Can't fault these guys.
I brought Pioneer cdjs before christmas,i went into the shop 15 mins before closing,the staff were really good and helpful,i also ordered mixer 2 months back then changed my mind,they tried to suggest other mixers to help me,in the end with store credit i purchased a Pioneer djm350,it came within 2 days,i even had a text message infoming me what time my parcel would arrive which was really helpful...great stuff!
I've been buying from HTFR for about 7 years now and while I've never had a downright bad experience I agree with some of the posts here in that some things do need to change.
My 12" of Blue Monday came through in battered condition and was also so scratched as to be not really worth it. Sometimes it takes time for things to be delivered.
My speakers turned up ok and I think the site is competitive price wise but not that much, and a further hour can turn up better deals.
What is frustrating is HTFR's habit of telling you that equipment is in stock and you making a purchase, only to be told that it is out of stock and that I will then be charged as soon as it returns.
For me as a bedroom enthusiastic I don't have a huge amount of money to spend on what can piotentially be an expensive hobby. I've got some nice equipment but often having the money for it can be opportunistic and it is highly frustrating to try to purchase something from what you hope will be a reputable source only to be then emailed that it is out of stock. What is even more ridiculous is that it seems that these things are never in stock and are simply kept there to make your range look more impressive. Having loved my first Samson subwoofer I was looking to replace it and have tried to purchase it twice. Twice I have been told that it is out of stock despite it saying that it is back in stock.
This is simple laziness from your staff to update your system to one that is fully automated to update itself.

Excellent service. Visited the store 3 times before making my purchases, everyone that dealt with me were knowledgable about the gear and very helpful. I have bought a lot of equipment fron Hard to Find and have mostly been very pleased. My order was delivered on time by the guys themselves. Fully recommend HTFR.
Product I received was brilliant, though the packaging looks like it's been sitting on the shelf for years. No issue as threw it out anyway. Delivery took around 6 days. Not speedy but again not really a problem.
I have no problem with hard to find, they have a great store with a fantastic selection of vinyl, excellent tunes i would have never known about had i not checked them out on their website and plus living way up here in scotland there ain't any shops that supply the sort of vinyl that i'm looking for anymore! i have also bought dj equipment from them in recent times and their prices are quite competitive.They have good,quick easy methods of payment followed by fast shipping! I will have no hesitation to continue shopping with them, cheers htfr!!!
Most aspects of this transaction were to a high standard. The item I purchased was well described on the website and came with a decent set of pictures. The price was OK. Delivery time was exceptionally quick also, and it was good to be able to track my order. The negatives are fairly minor: in the first instance, I was led to believe that shipment would be free (this is what it explicitly said in the listing), but when I went to make the order I was charged. When I called customer services for advice I was told the order had to be over a certain amount to qualify for free delivery. It had not specified this when I made the purchase. That was not a deal-breaker, but I really wish the guys at HTFR were a little friendlier on the phone and were a bit more patient. I recommend HTFR in terms of good products and efficient service, but don't expect any kind of personal touch if you have to deal with them.
Ordered a new/mint 12" they sent me a dog-eared sleeve falling apart at the seams, inside ripped record scratched and DJ stamped!
Replacement item took another week, right record (still not new though) but they sent it in the wrong cover that was badly damaged.
3 Weeks since my order and i haven't got the item I paid for.
