1 non-functional tracking no, 4 unanswered emails, 3 unanswered telephone calls has been the response to a £200 order after it was supposedly posted from Germany 9 days previously.
DON'T give these amateurs your business - you would regret it.
I ordered from the Hugo Boss website as I needed clothes for the following week. However, it took seven days for the order to be dispatched.
I even had to phone up to chase the order as my query on the online contact form wasn't answered. On day six I phoned and asked for a status update. I got informed it will be dispatched sometime that day. I asked for the order to be cancelled (to save time, money and the environment) as the item had not been dispatched and was no longer required. I was informed it was too late. The items were then despatched the following day and to make things worse, only two of the three items were sent as the jacket (Benne1-D) was apparently out of stock.
I like my local boss store, and like a typical male if i find something that works, i buy a few at once because it means i dont have to continually shop around.
With this in mind i know their jeans are a good fit and i wanted to buy a few more pairs, but their checkout system is so poor, i must have tried 5 times to buy what i wanted, but it didnt allow me to every time, eventually i find out its because they will not deliver to my work address. But it took half an hour to find this out!
