I ordered from the Hugo Boss website as I needed clothes for the following week. However, it took seven days for the order to be dispatched. I even had to phone up to chase the order as my query on the online contact form wasn't answered. On day six I phoned and asked for a status update. I got informed it will be dispatched sometime that day. I asked for the order to be cancelled (to save time, money and the environment) as the item had not been dispatched and was no longer required. I was informed it was too late. The items were then despatched the following day and to make things worse, only two of the three items were sent as the jacket (Benne1-D) was apparently out of stock.
