ID Vault seems to work only with Internet Explorer and since I use Chrome it is of no use to me

difficult

there are messages that will not come up when clicked- much wrong info but have no idea how to correct- even sent letter- numerous addresses when I have lived at only two in forty years- and misspelling of my name over and over- and I know NO ONE has used my name- no matter how it is spelled- soooooo how does one fix all this misinformation?????

I get notifications of activity, and then can never get the site to work to check on it.

I really would like to keep an eye on my credit for identity fraud protection, but the site never seems to work.

Needs to work more efficiently

So far, I am noticing that I am not able to access notices that you have sent me regarding activity on my account. What's the purpose of having something like this if it won't show what's going on. It just stuck with a blank page and I finally gave up. Will probably call when I get a chance.

Worried that I've had 3 credit cards stolen and NO alerts from your company

Thinking about changing to Life Lock. I have had 3 Citibank master card numbers stolen and used in Europe for $2000-plus, Japan-for $1000 plus, Texas, Oregon & Virginia (by some obvious testing means of charging $1 ads and mags), but was NEVER NOTIFIED BY YOUR COMPANY, EVEN AFTER THE FRAUD ALERT WENT OUT AND EACH CARD WAS CANCELLED. Makes me wonder what the credit card monitoring service I'm paying for does.

While I like having the other categories of info, and I've guided 11 family members to your company, I'm now not sure if any of us need to keep it. I can have the cc alerts for free by my card providers and my credit scores for free 3x a yr from gov. Can you explain the credit card misses? And what I'm paying for in fraud alert portion of your cc section?

about credit scores

I don't like the way you report credit scores. The numbers vary greatly from FICO scores, which are the scores that are mostly used by creditors. My FICO scores are much higher and reported more often and up to date.

Thank you for your feedback. We don’t use the same scoring model as the bureaus because there are hundreds of scoring models that creditors may use to evaluate your credit. Each bureau has their own model and your creditor may not even choose to use the same model that they do. Our scoring model is, however, based on data from the bureaus and we feel our customers find it useful to educate themselves and better manage their credit and personal information. We use various data sources, including the three major credit bureaus, to help our customers keep an eye on their personal information by promptly alerting them of certain changes in their files as part of our credit monitoring and comprehensive identity theft protection services. I dont have an account you would never approve me.

I tried for several weeks to fax a copy of my DL and the copy was too dark. I asked if I could email it and was told no.
It just became too much of a hassle to try to get approved. I am looking for a service to reduce and eliminate problems not add to them.

Just one question, I have a mac and I don't see computer protection options for a Mac. I only see PC. Can you advise?

I Sleep well at night knowing I have Identity Guard. When the Target CC fraud situation broke out, I was sitting back relaxed feeling protected because I have Identity Guard.

Pending credit report?

I just signed up and checked my email to make sure I had done everything.... All it says for my credit score is pending.... For how long?! I need to see my credit score now. It didn't say anywhere on the website or on the FAQs that there was a wait time.

Pending Notification

One star at this time. Still my score and report are still pending. No explanation given why or how long is pending results. This was not advertise anywhere. This makes me nervous. Not comfortable at all.

Services is great, but reporting updates takes too long

I recently paid off many of my credit lines and debt, and the score remains almost the same. The reports take too long to be updated.
The service when I have called, is great, very professional and knowledgeable.
