Bad Wreath

I ordered a wreath for my Grandad's funeral. When delivered it didn't look ANYTHING like what I had ordered. The colours, style and majority of flowers used were all wrong. It was horrible.

I complained the next day by email and sent pics of the wreath I had received. I initially did get a response email saying that they were sorry and they would look into it with the local florist. However I didn't get any replies when I chased them and then my emails started bouncing back. I then used a different email account to chase, I didn't receive an answer so then started faxing them.

They've never got back to me.

Just as an additional point, my Mum also used the same company. Her arrangement didn't look like what she had ordered either but luckily she did like it!

wonderful international florist..

first time i have ordered flowers both on the internet and abroad..the form was self explanotory but unfortunatly i didnt put the whole of the address..the retailer contacted me promptly asking for full address..the flowers were a gift which was delivered wonderfully presented and greatly received and a really big thank you to all who was involved.

iflorist my florist!!

I used this company to send flowers to the other side of the world and it was simply, fast, and when i entered the wrong address, they sorted my mistake as fast as i ordered them days before. I spoke, via e mail, to an operator named Jasmine who was very helpful and to be honest, after using the net to buy things before Jasmine, and iflorist were way above what i have dealt with before. I will be using iflorist again with no concerns about problems. Great thanks guys!

DIABOLICAL IN ALL ASPECTS

i ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife they where delivered when they should of been however minus the chocolates they never arrived,then when i seen the flowers i was disgusted,they looked like i had been to a garage put a couple of bunches together and gave them her,i could of got a lot better from asda for a fifth of the price,the card had been handwritten(should of been printed really)by someone else my wife even commented these arent from you ,i wished they wasnt,i got in touch with customer services ,they aplolgised and said they would send a complimentary boquet and chocolates within a couple of days ,did they arrive no i emailed again and again,not interested whatsoever,i would never ever recommend this firm again to anyone.if you decide to chance using them ,good luck,you will need it.

Excellent service with problems resolved immediately

I have used iflorist several times and when I sent a bouquet of flowers and they were not very fresh a new bouquet was sent out immediately with a voucher for me. Today I have trouble login in to their site and Michelle worked very hard and patiently to sort out the problem which was eventually solved. I would not hesitate to recommend iflorist and will continue to shop with them. Well done iflorist.

Flowers not delivered



I ordered flowers last week for a friend who recently moved to America. The tracking system remains at pending and despite numerous online'chats' with Beth and Chantell nothing has happened. I have now confirmed with my friend they have never been delivered, somewhat ruining the surprise of receiving a house warming gift!

iflorist repeatdly tell me they will get back to me by the end of the day and don't. Today I have requested a full refund and am still waiiting to hear back from them.

I am begining to wonder if this is just a scam and if no refund is received to day I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone

BAD WREATH

Delivered Dead Flowers

I sent flowers to my mother in France after her having a very nasty car accident....great for her to recieve flowers that were dead! They phoned twice on the Tuesday and the Friday and still didn't deliver, on the Friday they even said that if they didn't deliver them on the Saturday they'd do so on Monday!!!!!! As it happens they did get them on the Saturday but the flowers as said were completely dead.
I don't blame Iflorist as they have deal with external suppliers however Iflorist you really need to vet and check these better as they are letting you down and you will loose the faith of your customers.

Appalling Service

The iflorist service is beyond appalling. The flowers did not arrive on the selected day, no calling card was left (though this was promised as part of the service should no one be present to receive them) and attempting to contact the company proved to be so impossible, I had considered myself to be a victim of internet fraud due to having selected a false company; a typical risk these days.

Nevertheless, once I had finally managed to get in touch with them (days later) I was told the bunch was delivered but no one was at home. - Thanks for telling me something I already knew - However, things started to look up when due to my evident dissatisfaction I was offered a fresh bunch, "as a gesture of good will" to be delivered the very next day to another address. I accepted.

Sadly, the flowers I had originally ordered, now ripe at four days old and ageing still, found their way to the new address.

Thanks iflorist, for making the occasion as special as I had hoped.

Not Delivered on Time for 60th Birthday

Despite ordering flowers from the Uk to be delivered to my relative in Australia weeks before a special 60th Birthday, they were not delivered on the day as asked. I contacted the company only to be told that they were sorry and offered me a £5 discount on my next order. When I replied saying this was not acceptable and I would have preferred some sort of compensation to be given to my relative in Australia instead, they told me that they only deliver flowers and increased the offer of discount to £10. This is still not acceptable to me as I will never use this company again. I am totally disappointed in this service and would not recommend it to anyone.
My relatives assure me the flowers were lovely but of course they would not tell me anything different because of the fact that its a gift from so far away.
Definitely not a company to use if you want something delivered on time.

absolutely useless unreliable service

I ordered a wine pack, flowers and chocolcoates for my mums bdAy & dads 80 th Birhtday to be delivered on Friday. Hadn't arrived on saturday so sent email, then another one on Monday and did get chat online who assured me the wine would be delivered on Tuesday morning.
Flowers were only going to be delivered on Thursday so I cancelled. Waiting waiting - still no wine delivery on Friday so got chat online again and they could not tell me why the order had been held up. Got a full refund and offered a voucher but how can I even think about using them again?
The special occassion has come and gone and I missed my opportunity to give a lovely gift on the day :(
will use interflora or flowers same day as I have in the past as they always fulfuil orders with fantastic flowers and on time!

A total disappointment

Upon saying the flowers weren't delivered they used the same excuse as they did with the other complaints below. Obviously this company is either a scam or decides to choose which customers to be nice to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No response to first two emails sent to complain. iFlorist refused full refund (would have avoided negative review). Offered #10 off next delivery or redelivery of order.

Flowers are nice, but not like in the picture

Rubbish service

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to France after the birth of a friend's baby. I placed the order on a Tuesday and chose the earliest delivery possible which was the Thursday. The flowers didn't appear to have arrived, so I contacted their live help online, and was given a vague assurance that they would arrive on the Friday. They didn't, so I e-mailed (the live support line was down) and received a reply advising that the delivery containing my flowers had been misrouted and the flowers would be delivered on Monday - the SAME flowers, which would have been lying around somewhere for 4 extra days. Now it's Monday. I contacted the live helpline again today and was assured the flowers were out for delivery before 5pm today. It's now after 5pm in France and I see no sign that the flowers have been delivered, at least not according to their online tracking service. I was offered TWO discount codes for £10 off future purchases, but only after I said this wasn't really my aim, and that all I wanted was a delivery of relatively fresh flowers, was I offered a second, free-of-charge delivery. This is supposed to arrive on Wednesday. I hope it does: it will then be eight days since my initial order. At this rate, the flowers will be for the baby's first birthday!

Shop somewhere else-the photos might look lovely but they are very misleading and the products are disappointing

I received my bunch of 'Botanics' flowers on my birthday. According to the photo on the website they should have looked lovely and there should have quite a few white roses included. Mine looked like a bunch of straggly green and white flowers, predominantly foliage, which would have cost about £4 from Tesco! There were three tiny roses included and these were going brown round the edges. I was so disappointed and have told my boyfriend to stop using this site from now on as there are plenty more florists that provide much nicer quality flowers. The week before I also received the 'simply tulips' bouquet but instead of being lots of different pretty colours, as the picture suggests, they were all baby pink and again looked like they could have come from a supermarket. In fact, Tesco's luxury bouquets are nicer, and cheaper, than any bunch I have ever received from this company. I definitely would recommend using someone else, the photos are so misleading whilst the quality of the bouquets is poor to say the least.

Never arrived

My order never arrived; this company now claims someone signed for it, and it therefore refuses a refund. After some nagging and after they email the recipient, they will now redeliver, which is pretty much pointless and embarrassing. I will not use this service again.

Happy Birthday Darling?

yeah, well, ordered flowers to send to my wife in France. They still haven't arrived; two days later. The worse part is that I contacted a representative through the sites 'ichat' two hours before the end of the business day just to track my order and make sure it would arrive. A lady named 'Beth' responded to my 'ichat' inquiry. She told me, and I quote, that the 'delivery was en-route'. They still haven't arrived, two days later. I'm so completely disappointed. You never get a second chance to send flowers on your wife's Birthday :(

TOTALLY WRONG ORDER

I ordered a wreath for my Aunties funeral it was meant to be bright vibrant colours of pink, purple and lime green but when they sent it the wreath was yellow and nothing like the colour or description or one I had purchased (see photos). I complained to them online as they conveniently have no telephone number available to contact them with. They at first ignored my complaint and after several e-mails and me stating that if they didn't reply I was informing Trading Standards they sent a very short terse e-mail informing me as far as they were concerned there was nothing wrong with my order but if I e-mailed them the details (which I already had done then) they would look into it, so I sent the details again which they didn't reply to so I have now have reported them to Trading Standards and I have written to iFlorist as instructed by Trading Standards stating my complaint and asking for a full refund but I am still waiting for a reply but I don't hold out much hope as they seem to have little in the way of customer service skills and their communication with customers is very unsatisfactory and not consumer friendly at all. It almost seems like they hope if they ignore customers or make it difficult to contact them that anyone who complains will give up and put it down to experience, but I am not willing to do this on principle so I will keep contacting them until I get a satisfactory reply.

The flowers deliverd were absolutely beautiful and my Mum was delighted. And online booking was very easy. Only concern was I wasn't quite sure when it was going to be delivered. It was actually a day early which is much better than a day late, so no real worries.

Teeeeeeeeeeerrible Service!

I wrote a message in Russian when ordering flowers online more than 2 weeks in advance before the date of delivery (as the message is just copied on the card I thought there would be no problem with it). However, when I decided to check the status of my order the message appeared as a long row of ?????????????????????????

As there is no opportunity to get in touch with someone from iflorist over the phone I stated live chart online and was told as the order has already been despatched they can’t do anything at all about the MESSY message. The flowers were delivered today and the recipient had no clue from whom. I was forced to call and explain that it was me. The whole idea was RUINED! It was not a surprise from me…. But from secret admire I guess!!!!

My question is WHY nobody called me (I proved all my contact details in case any problems arise). And I consider this issue as a problem!

My advise, talk to your customers in case of such problems or put a not on your site that all messages should be in ENGLISH!

P.S. I have just received photos from my Aunt (the person I was sending flowers to) and they are terrible: flowers are not fresh and the bouquet is quite small (despite of the fact that I have ordered and PAID) for a big one. My Aunt sounded very disappointed. She did not want to hurt me and was very grateful but I felt that she is not excited about the flowers at all. WAST OF MONEY

the service I received was attrocious

I ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day - they were not. I started complaining at 6:00 on valentines day and have been in regular contact with different members of staff at I-florist using their on line contact. I was accused of lying when I said that my delivery was not delivered, I was told they had been delivered they weren't - we were in all day. I was told they had been left somewhere safe "on the property" they were not, why should they have been WE WERE IN. I was told repeatedly that this person or that person would sort my problem and contact me, nobody ever did. Eventually I threatened to start up a facebook page with a less than complementary title, within 1/2 an hour I was offered a "complimentary" delivery of flowers, which I accepted. These no way made up for ruining Valentines day and being told over and over again that I was lying, despite the the fact that the order tracking said that the order had never left the florist!
I have suffered 2 months of stress with this, I believe that the one star rating was far higher than I would have given if possible, I seriously doubt that I will ever have anything to do with I-Florist and would gladly have never had anything to do with them again until I was sent this.

Generally very good

I ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day. I could not get them delivered on the sunday which was understandable so I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the saturday instead. However they delivered the flowers on the friday, which although wasn't a problem a such, it wasn't the day I had asked for so I was a little annoyed.
On the plus side the flowers were beautiful and my mum loved them.

Poor Poor Poor - stay clear

I ordered what I was lead to believe a very expensive (full price was just under £70)flower arrangement for my Mum for Mothers Day, this arrived partly dead and was very small and the flowers which I was lead to believe would be included were not, It was full of cheap carnations. I emailed advising of my dissapointment and was told they would send more flowers, these arrived and again not very nice and died witihn 3 days (even after following care instructions) both arrangements together were not worth the price I paid and I have to say I could have got the same amount of flowerd but better quality from my local supermarket - My advise would be to stay clear of Iflorist

move over teleflorist and such like....and Heellooo iflorist!!!

Im a florist with this new and up coming relay service, they give very good value for money to their customers, if you have a problem with sending an order they sort it out straight away so you can inform your customer of its progress, and unlike some of the more "heard of" relay services you are able to actually speak to a person and you also earn descent money for sending orders into them!. The only thing I would love to see is a designated funeral item book with more designs in then another book with more designs in too show customers who want to send flowers out of your intial area...but all in all...bravo..and horray for iflorist!!

I had a really good reception fro the staff, but unfortunately they didn't have roses available. Although I am happy with the service, the flowers weren't really my taste.

Mixed experience

I had no problems in ordering and getting two mothers day bouquets delivered. My problem is with value for money. I only used this company because I supposedly get a discount but when I saw the bouquets which got delivered I would queston whether they were worth what I paid, let alone worth the higher value they were suposed to be. A bit of a con if you ask me - I will not be using them again - our local florist are much better value for money and offer an equivalent service.

Delighted with flowers, service and friendly delivery

THe flowers were delivered on the day and it was a beautiful bouquet. The lady who owns the flower shop was doing the delivery and she also does flower arranging for handicapped people. Myself and my Mother will definitely be using their services again.

total incompetence

I ordered two bunches of flowers for mothers day, one order turned up a day early were the wrong flowers. They had been in transit for four days and not surprisingly were already nearly dead and going brown. The second bunch did turn up on mothers day and were very nice as came from a local florist unlike the first bunch, but again were not the flowers i ordered. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back but my emails are being ignored. I was offered replacement flowers a week later but after i turned this offer down they have not replyed.There is no telephone number to speak anyone and their live chat service online has never been available to use. I would never use this company again!

Beautiful flowers

I ordered the flowers for Mothers day as I couldn't visit, I was delighted that they offered Sunday delivery. The flowers were delivered as requested, beautifully presented and there were as many as I expected from the picture. The bouquet was beautiful, my Mum was really pleased and they lasted for several weeks. Good value for money, I will definitely be using this company again.

Funeral flowers

Easy to order and would do so again. Flowers were sent to the funeral directors in time, and looked beautiful. Just one suggestion - I would have appreciated some kind of confirmation that they had been delivered without problems.

no delivery no response to e-mail

still have not received the flower delivery, have had no response to e-mail sent to you, now you send me a survey. our first order went without a hitch, but a few weeks later, nothing, i had to find another florist to make the delivery. Late for the funeral! and no refund received either. the us side of iflorist was of no help, only to say they get a lot of calls from people complaining about the uk side. must be great for business to have a crappy reputation.

Fine quality and best service best communications skills!

I ordered the flowers for a friend in hospital. The hospital refused the flowers, I immadeiately was contacted by Samantha Farry via mail; she changed the date of delivery and she managed the problem perfectly (although my English is bad enough!).

Suddenly realised on the Friday that it was Mothering Sunday that weekend...
Oh Bother! I thought, Oh Well, I'll order flowers anyway and they'll arrive Monday. That isn't too bad.
So I go ahead and pick out some lovely flowers, write my Happy Mother's day message and prepare to apologise to my mum for being a little late.
The next day I have a phone call from my delighted mother who is chuffed with her flowers :)

incompetent

The Flowers did not arrive at all on Mother's day. The web site does not allow direct calling..just chatmail and email services..therefore very frustrating! No response until i obtained the IFLORIST phone number via various web sites and a local florist.
Eventually, after phoning IFLORIST, they blamed the local florist for not picking up the email order. I phoned the local florist and they said they didn't get the email until 6 days after the deadline!! IFLORIST apologised and upgraded the flowers. They were sent directly. The florist were not paid for the upgrade by IFLORIST. It wasn't the florist's fault at all! It is shameful how companies such as IFLORIST 'lean on' small independant businesses!. I now deal directly with local businesses...back to the old days with a phone and phone book! I eventually got a discount but that's not the point! A contract was broken!

5 star for my grans flowers but a 1 star for me

I ordered flowers for my gran which arrived by 10am and were beautiful, plenty of flowers as described on the website. The flowers that my husband had ordered from the same website to be delivered to me on Mothers Day did not arrive until 4.30pm and hardly had any flowers in it as it was all greenery. Very happy with the flowers delivered to my gran but not at all happy with the flowers which were delivered to me.

Just ok.

The Iflorist website was very slow and crashed frequently.
When the flowers arrived the bouquet looked quite sparse, I was expecting a big bouquet filled with flowers, as I was apparently receiving 50% off a £60 bouquet. I was disappointed.

Late,Not the expected bunch and very ordinary

The item arrived a day late as it missed her birthday and she thought that I had forgotten it was not a good start, if you had let me know then I could have told her to expect something the next day. As it was they were left on her front doorstep and she was in the garden at the time so they did not try very hard to deliver them in person to her.
The item was not the freesia bunch which I had ordered it was important as my mother for whom they were sent to has failing sight and the fragrance is why I chose them.
I saw the bunch a few days later and was not impressed very ordinary not like the usual bouquets I have sent to her from you in the past.

The Saviour of my Mothers Day!

I usually use another very popular internet florist (rhymes with tinterflora!) but they had run out of all mothers day bouquet in my (large) town. This was a good week before mothers day. I am furious so I tried iflorist with some hesitancy as I hadn't used them before and mothers day is a high pressure situation. To my delight my mums flowers were amazing and delivered at the exact time they said theu would be (on mothering sunday for no extra charge) and everyone was happy and delighted, especially my mum who had an amazing bouquet. Thanks i florist for saving my skin. I think I will convert to you for all my flowers.

Punctual and flowers lasted a long time

Iflorist delivered my Mother's Day flowers, ordered last minute, very punctually. The flowers then lasted 5 whole weeks! I asked for the 'florists selection' which looked lovely but all the flowers came from the cheaper end of the price spectrum!

still not refunded

ordred two set of flowers for mothers day 2010 one arrived all is well.
The other still had not arrived over a week later.Kept being told they had been delivered until got hold of beth Oh they were not delivered still had no money back. made me feel like a lier and a very unhappy mother in law.

Amzing service, and the happiest mother in the midlands.

I found the link for Iflorist via my company and found the site easy to use with a fantastic choice.
Being male my undertsnading of flowers and what they would look like and what is the best is quite poor, however Iflorist took care of everything.
As the flowers were for mothers day they had to pass my mums tough expectations, and i have to admit they met and exceeded, the flowers were amazing, with the delivery driver saying to my both there the best he has seen all day (extra brownie points for me). The flowers lasted for about 3.5 weeks so i had one extreamley happy mother (for once), Would deff recommend.

Felt product was not good value for money.

I got a substantial discount when ordering three bouquets for mothers day gifts via my employer's staff discount scheme. However, even with the discount I felt that the bouquets were small compared to what I would get from other vendors (based on previous experience) and, had I paid full price I would have felt I had been seriously ripped off. The delivery service and quality was good but based on my experience I would not use the service again or recommend it to others as local florists can provide much better value for money in my opinion.

Get better for less money

Spend £50 on a nice bouquet for MOTHERS DAY, flowers turned up at 2.30pm, the florist then dropped them before he gave them to my mum, the flowers were wilting and already dying, and looked like they were more from a garage. I complained, the next day, as i could not get in touch by phone, to which they sent a new bunch and offered £5.00 off another order-which i will never use. The new bunch of flowers were marginally better, it was upsetting that i had spent so much to treat my mum, and for her to get a tacky looking bunch of flowers. I was not compensated enough, why would i want £5 voucher to use on a company that said cheap looking flowers? Even worse i walked past a florist later that day, and seen a beautifull bouquet twice the size & fresh for only £30.00

Headline offer not honoured - low value flowers received

Offered good discount - but local florist only requested to make bouquets up to actual amount paid, not value paid for! Gross misrepresentation very disappointing.
Did eventually get a full refund, but on Mother's Day it's the flowers that matter!

Brilliant service

I ordered the flowers for mothers day, they arrived on the saturday when we were out and were left with our next door neighbour with a really clear note stating this. When we saw them we were delighted as they were beautiful. The arrangement was done really professionally and there were lots of flowers, exactly what the picture showed. My Mum was delighted and everyone has commented on the flowers, also they lasted for ages. I am very impressed with iflorist and also McBlooms in Hamilton which is where the flowers came from and would have no hesitation in using the service again or recommending to my friends. Excellent service

Super service, easy website, brilliant offer. The flowers my mum received on Mothers Day were beautiful and half the original price, with free delivery.
Only comment is that I would never have paid the full price advertised for the flowers that I actually ordered, but really impressed regardless.

Local Florist very rude

When the flowers were delivered to my Mum on mother days she noticed that 2 -3 of them looked like they were wilting. She placed them directly into water but the next day these flowers were dead. Obviously this was unacceptable so she contacted the florist in question. This florist was very rude and stated that my mum had not placed them in water and that the flowers were delivered to a neighbour and not herself. This was a complete lie and upset my Mother which i find unacceptable. After 20 minutes of arguing the florist eventaully agreed to replace the flowers but when they were delivered again the woman delivering also accused my mum of not placing flowers into water and stated that they were delivered to a neighbour, my mum then descsribed the delivery man and the woman agreed that it was her husband.... I recommend iFlosrist to stop using the florist that delivered the flowers to my Mum as they are very rude and unprofessional and are tarnishing the name of iFlorist.

Timely delivery but not value for money

The item was delivered in perfect time but wasn't value for money. It was a much smaller bouquet than I'd imagined I'd get for £30 (after discount). I'd have gotten around 3 times the amount of flowers if I'd gone to M&S.

Beutiful Flowers, at a reasonable price, delivered in timely manner.

The flowers were attempted to be delivered when no-one was in. However the flowers were still in good shape the next day and still are. I think the offers on the website make this a first choice for me. I have used the online support in the past who were very helpful when I wanted to advise some delivery instructions. To make the service even better, you could maybe add a box on the delivery page to add instructions for delivery
