I bought some flowers for my nan's funeral. I went with the small bunch option as I didn't have a large budget and I must admit I did wonder how small, small would be. However, I was impressed and they were beautiful. Thank you ever so much xx
I have sent flowers with iflorist on various occasions and the receivers said that they were beautiful and excellent quality.
A sad time needed sad flowers sending at short notice. Same day delivery no extra cost, you get what you pay for and I am told the flowers were beautiful. Email notice of order and delivery, so I am happy!
I have bought a 12 long-stemmed red roses that I never receive.
I received instead other little roses. they were more but totally different respect of what I wanted and the vase was a poor quality green plastic.
totally different from quality, appearance and value.
I contacted them in chat, which I have to say that are kind and helpful and they gave an email where I could raise my complain.
I wrote them twice and nothing happen.
I think is really dishonest make people think that you will deliver the flower chosen from your website and then do whatever you like, changing the order, based on factor that are really subjective.
I will never buy from you again and I hope this review will help the poor customer to choose another more serious on line florist.

Service was seemless and made me look good even after initialally forgetting my Mothers birthday.
The length size of spray was exceptable, flowers well there was only one open the few others there was were buds and with the foliage made the spray very dark and dull.There was certainly now vibrant autumn colours that were shown in the picture..It was embarrassing placed between others that were full of colour.I certainly was not impressed by this it was a waste of money.
Ordered at 10pm and they were delivered at 12 the next day! Flowers arrived so quickly I didn't get round to telling my Nan they were coming so was a great surprise. She loved them. Such a beautiful bouquet and amazing delivery. Can't recommend enough! Will defo use again

Really poor flowers the Quality and the amount of flowers I received for the price I paid the flowers I ordered where nothing like the flowers that came and I emailed where I ordered and the customer service I received was as poor as the flowers I received but I won't be using you's again as the level of service I have received was really poor if anyone wants to contact me here's my number 07711782121

Flowers for a funeral. Delivered when said they would but quality very poor and 'large' bouquet was not large. Flowers were wilted. Definitely not worth the value.
Avoided a popular on-line florist due to bad reviews.......sadly, first purchase with iFlorist not good.
I ordered flowers which were not delivered on the required date. There is no telephone number and no email address to follow up on complaints. Instead you are forced to go through a ridiculous system where you have to log in to a support page and "take a ticket" and wait for the invisible person to respond with an unacceptable reply. You are then advised that the matter is closed whether you like it or not. I would never use this company again. They are unreliable and their customer service is shocking......probably the worst I have come across.
I ordered from a friendly, helpful agent on the phone. The bouquet was delivered within time by a delivery woman who made the extra effort...first phoning and then solving the challenge of finding my door. The bouquet itself was generous. One slight disappointment. The web picture showed mostly intensely pink flowers, in particular, gerberas and when I ordered I requested the same. I was warned it would depend on availability and I understand that is the problem of ordering flowers without actually seeing them. The bouquet arrived with a dominantly soft pink colour. On the good side there were plenty of pink Asian Lilies with a number of buds. All in all, I will be using iflorist for my next web order and would be happy to recommend the service to anyone.
Sent my friend's wife some flowers due to illness.
He called and informed me that the flowers where from a florist where he bys her flowers too and was top quality...!!!

I thought this would be a good site as it was based in UK and seemed easy to use, My flowers were to be sent to California,
The flowers I ordered looked scruffy and thrown together. I complained to the company who looked into the matter and promised to send a replacement. They are currently waiting for International link and then they will contact me to set a delivery date.
I am confident they will deal with this effectively but I am sad that they did not get it right first time.

Having ordered flowers for my elderly mother's birthday on 1st Nov, I was mortified to discover, upon asking her, than none had been received. That was 25 days ago and in the intervening time I have chased iFlorist repeatedly, asking for an explanation of why no flowers were delivered. I have made five phone calls and sent five emails asking for an explanation. My emails went largely unanswered save for an automated ticket number response and every time I called customer service I was fobbed off and promised a response that same day or first thing the next day - responses which never came. Each time I called and went through the whole saga again with a new customer service person that person was apologetic, but unable to help.
I was never called back as promised by iFlorist, was never given an explanation via e-mail.
Finally, when I called yesterday, 25 days after my mother's birthday, they admitted that the delivery hadn't taken place, and that the reason was that the delivery person couldn't find my mother's house. She has lived there for 20 years, the house has been there for 250 years. The postman, gas man, electricity man and everyone else can find it, but apparently iFlorist's delivery person cannot, nor can he or she use a phone to call the supplied contact number to communicate the issue to me
I'm never, ever, ever going to use this company again - they are unreliable, unhelpful and unresponsive. They have now, finally, agreed (gee, thanks!) to a refund for the flowers that never arrived, but I'm not holding my breath based on my experience of their promises!
Ordered "Next Day" Flowers on a Saturday. Website repeatedly assured us of delivery on Monday. Didn't arrive. When I complained, they said their terms and conditions specify 48 hours. I looked, they don't. The terms and conditions suggest allowing 48 hours for POSTAL delivery. But their website actually doesn't offer postal delivery. The website offers "Same Day" or "Next Day" courier delivery.
Their T&C's state under Paragraph 83. "We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied as to... the truth of any information given on our website; the merchantability or fitness of the goods... compliance with any law.... [or] non-infringement of any right.
That pretty much says it all. In other words, they feel free to lie on the website, not deliver when they say they will, to provide unfit goods and to operate outside the law....
My best friend has to lie face down for a week or more following eye surgery so I sent her some flowers. In my mind I had an image of a graceful bouquet full of scented lilies, roses and other gently coloured flowers. I chose to allow the florist to make the selection-there was no room for instruction as to colour but I did request a large bouquet. It arrived on time but I was disappointed by it being screaming yellow with an odd mixture of sunflowers and yellow lilies with one over large lily taking central place in the bouquet. It did not seem large to me-I can't imagine what small might have been like. I was rather disappointed but realise that sending flowers means you are in the hands of the local florist-and of course American autumn flowers may be different from ours. I just thought it was a raucous colour-but in the circumstances certainly eye catching-literally and metaphorically.
Always beautiful flowers and always on time...I have tried other florist and have been so disappointed. Your flowers always illicit lovely compliments and the one time things went wrong due to the weather you made amends with apologies and more beautiful flowers.

Ordering flowers is so simple via the website. It took me less than 5 minutes to choose the flowers, pay for it & type in delivery instructions.
