I ordered flowers as a thank you, I paid to have them delivered next day. I knew my friend would contact me as soon as they arrived. I waited and waited for 3 days . Eventually I had to contact her and ask if any flowers had arrived totally spoiling the surprise. I phoned through and explained, I was asked "do you still want them delivered!" I said yes. I wasn't offered an explanation or given an apology until I asked for one. Eventually the flowers were delivered and they have agreed to refund my money. Not a good experience!
