I ordered some flowers for my grandmother's 87 birthday and had them delivered to her in France. I thought the price sounded reasonable and the selection of flowers better than interflora.
I was disappointed to hear that they weren't delivered on her birthday as I'd specified the date and even more disappointed to hear that the when they turned up 3 days later they'd already started to wilt.
I did get a refund but only after insisting that a partial refund really wasn't acceptable.
I would not recommend this company, unfortunately
