I am not happy with the service, I ordered flowers to be sent to my best friend in Canada on the 16/11/12. The flowers never arrived . I could not contact anybody until Monday and when I did he assured me he would ring me back. The next thing I knew was my friend telephoning me to say the flowers had arrived 3 days after her 50th birthday. I'm sorry this is poor service and not one i would recommended .
