The flowers were not delivered on the date requested, despite the date being twice confirmed by iflorist. Their response to my complaints have been to blame the florist they used who took it on themselves to contact the funeral director and make a different arrangement. This is not a satisfactory response to my complaint as my order was with iflorist and it is their responsibilty to ensure my order and wishes were carried out
