We wanted same day flowers on a Saturday for our Grandma but could only arrange delivery on the website for the following Monday. We tried to phone an order but spoke with someone who said he phone system was unavailable and we would need to use the internet Monday delivery and so we opted for that. The flowers then did not arrive until the Tuesday and so the 'same day flowers' came 3 days later...!
