placed the order after selecting from their good range of bouquets, and sat back. To my surprise received a call from them to check on some details before they sent them off. How about that for service!
However - now that I have looked through all the reviews I probably would have hesitated in using the service. It has made me think about the quality of the bouquets received by the recipients - and I will now request some feedback from them. Which is a bit sad as it could be embarassing for someone to have to tell you that the bouquet wasn't up to standard.
The other thing that I noted was the amount of replacement bouquets - discount vouchers - apologies sent over the past 6 days was absolutely huge - I have no way of knowing what percentage of total customers this covers - but it must impact their prices - which may answer the issue raised by some reviewers of price and value for money in terms of the content. Seems that their delivery florists are going for cheapness rather than quality.
Some things to consider I think for the future. When I send flowers I want to be certain that what I am seeing on the website is actually what is received - whereas from the reviews here that seems not to be the case.
Doesn't alter the fact that the service etc. I received was great - but it will make me think about where I order from in the future. Sad to say...
