I ordered a "large" arrangement of flowers as well as a heart-shaped balloon, to have delivered to my wife on our anniversary as I was away travelling on work. Unfortunately, what she got was a small-medium sized arrangement, and a round party balloon with "happy birthday" all over it. Even my message on the card made it clear it was for an anniversary, so I don't know how in the world they thought that was an suitable balloon. I complained to them, and the most they offered, after a lot of insistence on my part, was the refund of the cost of the balloon. But the whole effort & present was undermined by having an unsuitable balloon and an arrangement that looked much smaller than it should have been (if that was large, I hate to think what is sold as small or medium...), so I think they should have offerred a much larger refund.
