Email sent on selected day of delivery to say flowers had arrived but this was a lie. The courier told lies as to why this delivery failed. I was promised phone calls and upgraded delivery but did not happen as the agent in Dublin let iflorist down!!. The agent even phoned the recipient and caused stress and pain by making out they were the liar!! Iflorist should deal with local florists direct if they are to improve their services
