I was ordering flowers for a funeral. The ad said "Free delivery on funeral flowers" I proceeded with the order but it added a charge and there was nowhere on there to delete it. I contacted iflorist and got a confusing email implying they would either give me free delivery or a £10 voucher but the reference code was invalid so could not be used. I contacted them again but they have not come back to explain .
Not very happy.
