The flower basket and ballon ordered for a cousin's 70th birthday were delivered on time. The chosen florist did not include the sender's name or their own details. My very resourceful cousin managed to trace them by phoning several local florists - who referred her back to iflorist. They then phoned me for permission to tell her who had sent the flowers! The florist's reason for not including their own details was "their labels dont stick to the baskets" - it was pointed out that they could stick the label on the card. I would hesitate to use iflorist again, which is a shame as the flowers are lovely
