Absolutely useless service !

I ordered roses to be delivered to my GF in France on 20 december 2012 . This was a special day (possibly the end of the world the next day ) and they never got delivered . I have been straight back on their website and looked for a way to contact them with not much luck . Finally i managed to find one of their "customer service agents" online and ask him why my order was not delivered . He told me something like a "technical problem"was the cause of it all and they would be delivered the next day . He offered me his poxy apologies and a £5 voucher for me to use their appaling services again perhaps?
When i cornered him a little ,he must have realised i am going to wipe the floor with him and got extremely emotional then left the chat conversation , how professional :)
I booked these flowers days before, to be delivered on a certain date !! As a florist you should understand the importance of your promise to deliver on a certain date and how important it is to your customers . If you cant do the job shut the shop simple as that !!
Ohhh and just for the record ;
I would never use your services again !!
