I ordered funeral flowers for a friend. The advertisement said $0 delivery fee. No problem either way. But their system charged me express delivery. When I complained the response was there is a festival and we can't offer it now due to a website upgrade. This was despite the advertisement still on the website offering free delivery. Forwarded complaint to www.asa.org.uk.
