I ordered a Christmas Bouquet from i florist for delivery on 24/12. I received the flowers promptly at 9am on 24/12. Upon opening the box instead of the ordered festive bouquet of roses and lillies I found a bunch of 10 or so carnations with a few green leaves. These for £29.95. My local supermarket stocks better and have seen better at the local petrol station. I have contacted customer service and told them i wanted them collected and my money back, I had to send a picture and told me someone will contact me in 24 hours, this then changed to 5 when I pointed out tomorrow was Christmas Day and nowhere would be open. I will not get the flowers for Xmas Day and am really disappointed. I wait to see but I doubt I will use iflorist again.
