Paid $70AUS for a bunch of flowers and champagne to be delivered in the UK on 24/12/12. They sent me an email on the 24/12/12 stating the order was ready for shipping and would be delivered that day...The order was supposed to grace our UK families Christmas table on 25/12/12 but it did not arrive for Christmas day....In fact it did not arrive until the 29/12/12 and was dead by the 30/12/12 & if that was not insulting enough the bunch LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE ORDER I HAD PLACED ONLINE & CAME MINUS THE BUBBLY!!!!! So angry as I live away from our family in Australia and put a lot of trust in others when I hand them my money to deliver what you order and deliver when you want it delivered!!!! They told my mother in law they would credit us back for the bubbly and give a 5 pound refund for stress they caused!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! What if I had not asked if the flowers and bubbly had turned up...they would never have known what was supposed to arrive & what did not arrive. I hardly think 5 pound is going to cut it! They are hard to contact....do not respond to emails promptly and obviously should not promote themselves as having a 100% customer satisfaction gaurantee as this is hardly the case. DO NOT USE THEM!
