I ordered funeral flowers to be delivered on 22nd December 2012 and they were delivered yesterday the 3rd Jan 2013. This caused a lot of grief to the bereaved family as the funeral was on the 23rd December 2012. This was a terrible thing to do to someone!!!!!!
