I ordered A simple bouquet for my grandmother to say thank you for a surprise contribution towards our house purchase that was extremely generous. Knowing I would be seeing her on saturday the 22nd of december I ordered them the Thursday before with assurance they would be delivered in time. They still haven't been delivered to this day, despite having sent three emails to iflorist support. All I have received by way of a reply is 2 automated responses saying someone will get back to me. This is absolutely shocking customer service, and they're flagrant disregard for the quality of their service is frankly shocking. There are so many competitors in their market place and I shall choose another next time. I advise you to do the same.
