Wished I had never seen their advert iFlorist have serious problems with delivering flowers
Ordered £40 birthday bouquet for friends 50th in US for Nov 22nd. Non delivery, told technical problems but despite date being reallocated several times they were still not delivered by Jan 1st. Finally found number for their UK office to avoid the faceless email service. Was told I could have a refund in 3 - 5 working days but still waiting Money paid/no flowers/disappointed and embarrassed bemused friend who I have had to keep checking with to see if the flowers had arrived. If they take your money they should deliver the product ordered - if not then Trading Standards need to get involved as they should not be allowed to keep advertising and misleading people.
After posting this I was contacted by a representative of iFlorist who said they would be ensuring the money we had paid was creidted back to our account and that they would send a courtesy bouquet. The bouquet arrived today as promised and was beautiful. (I did not ask for it be be sent to the original friend in the USA as I could not risk it in case it failed to arrive again but I am pleased that I have finally got things sorted out.
