I cannot believe the beyond excellent service from the team at Iflorist following a rather scathing comment posted online. Following comments regarding my aged Aunt's missing delivery card and chocolates - Iflorist responded by sending an apology note, together with my original delivery note, an amazingly huge arrangement of roses and lilies, and a large box of chocolates.
Thank you so much Emma for taking on board customer feedback. I have no hesitation in recommending Iflorist to all my friends and colleagues who have loved ones around the world. Your service is outstanding.
