2 orders - 1 delivered late the other delivered early ruining the moment for both!
I ordered 2 christmas hampers through iflorist - the first was supposed to be delivered to our close friends who were holidaying in Cornwall for them to enjoy whilst on holiday. The hamper did not arrive until they had gone back home . I ended up paying a fortune in postage to collect and re post to their home address in ...totally spoiling the moment for the recipient. The second hamper was meant to be delivered on the day of a special personal occasion for the gift bearer to enjoy...instead this one turned up 3 days early - once again totally spoiling the moment for which the gift was ordered. I have emailed on numerous occasions and the 2nd response today has told me to call their head office. I chose iflorist so that I could specify the exact day of delivery. I am really disappointed.
