Flowers were delivered, however, the cases of wine were not delivered.
I was satisfied with the floral order. On the other hand, three cases of wine that were ordered for 16th January delivery never reached their destination. I am very upset about this situation and will be disputing payment via AMEX. I cannot give your company a recommendation to anyone. Please look into this matter immediately.
