Flowers ordered from the UK to be delivered to a prominent New York address didn't arrive. Five days later, I emailed them and they were very apologetic and sent them again. Flowers were very dissimilar to those I chose and, instead of reducing the price, they offered me $5 off my next purchase! As if!
