I have just completed a ticket complaint, and hoping customer services will actually sort especially after having read some if the complaints on line about being ignored.... Sent a bouquet of flowers for my sister which arrived today on time and looked quite nice for the price, when I asked her what the cake and chocolates were like ......she hasn't received any!!!! Embarrassing for us both, looks like I didn't care! Very disappointed and now upset as I find this is a common complaint. Too late to rectify now by Iflorist and I have had to send her an e-gift card to make up! However I feel I have been robbed as I paid for this package and it wasn't wholly delivered. Also it was very difficult to find any contact info-web page won't connect to any details and had to google through lots of horror stories to find a means of contact! Customer services please sort!!
Ok, customer services got back in touch and full apologies given. Refund and complimentary bouquet sent out which was delivered as agreed. I have to say the customer services were fantastic (though a little slow to initiate contact, and i would still expect to be able to obtain contact details more easily as on my iPhone, the link from the flowerfete website does not work on the contact info,etc but) once in touch they couldn't have done more to resolve the situation and kept in touch with every step. No quibble and I would say a good resolve. Thankyou for sorting so well!
