Disappointing experience

When I ordered the plant this was destined for my mum who has just gone into a nursing home in Belgium. This was meant to be a lovely surprise to make her feel welcome and at home. When the plant did not arrive I felt that all my efforts were in vain. The surprise was lost and she was upset at not getting our present.
It took 2 full weeks for delivery to be made and although the plant has proven to be very nice the experience was spoiled by the delay.
I is a shame that this has happened because I never used iflorist before and be very reluctant to ever use your service again
