Did not deliver the flowers i ordered, which is pretty basic for a florists. when i inquired about the delivery i was told it had been delivered to the address i supplied them with. and i would have to wait till Monday to get any answers as to where the flowers were.
Made me look pertty stupid to the recipient of the flowers, as i had to keep asking had the flowers been delivered and it spoiled the supprise for them as well.
So after being told the flowers had been delivered they did turn up a day late and are probably the flowers they delivered to the wrong address, so now second hand in my mind.
Have not heard back from customer service yet as to what went wrong and probably will not hear from them, you can not talk to anyone, contact is by email only, which is incredibly frustrating when you have a problem. 100% satisfaction!! dont think so.
