I am living in Tanzania and ordered flowers for my Mother in UK, Somerset. Her Birthday was on 03 Feb 2013, the closest date for delivery was therefore Sat 02nd. On arrival flowers were beuatiful (as usual, I use your company all the time and am registered on your website) - however on her Birthday the following day, most were dead and today all are dead... not sure why - they had plenty of water. Further to above, I was contacted by florist and informed a second new flower delivery had been delivered to my Mum (who would have been pleasantly surprised) - so thank you iflorist for sorting this out so quickly and with no fuss. I will continue to use your company, as I have never had any trouble in the past.
