Ordered roses for Valentine's on 31 January ...to arrive on 14 February and like so many others, nothing arrived. I do not think that it is acceptable that Iflorist took my order a fortnight ago and after promising to deliver on Valentine's Day, could not manage this.This is the first time that I have used this company and I must say that I am so disappointed. Hope to have my money refunded and the order cancelled as the flowers are of no use to anyone now. So infuriated that I couldn't contact anyone to make further enquires! Ruined the day totally.
