This is the second time I have had to contact you regarding this issue. The fact that you are responding to queries raised over Facebook before the queries that have been raised via your website is disgusting.
Here goes, again. I ordered on the 13th February 2013, you guaranteed that my order would be delivered on Valentines Day, it wasn't, you ruined Valentines Day for Fiancé and I. I paid £24.50, the flowers arrived today, in poor condition.
I can safely say that you are the worst company I have ever dealt with, you couldn't even answer my phone call yesterday, guess this shows how big of an issue this is and how many customers you have upset.
I hereby request a full refund for your incompetence.
