So I ordered flowers (order 337914) on the 13th of February (early afternoon) paying EXTRA for delivery by 2pm, as I was sending them to my girlfriend's work (a large London hospital) and I thought that way - even with a bit of a delay, they'd be there by 5pm for sure.

But no - nothing yesterday.

What's so annoying, and I can't believe it - is that surely if they realise the flowers won't be delivered, they should be making sure that every person affected would be contacted yesterday to be told.

Around 5pm - still noting. So I try and use their customer service contact - no word back. Messaged again late last night - and still nothing.

I definitely want a refund at the very least - and a courtesy call would be polite.

Think it's really good the company have acknowledged one of the complaints on here promising a refund. I hope I'll get the same. and I'd be tempted to use them again in the future without spreading word of my experience.

    A full refund has been applied, and our MD will be writing to you personally in the next 2 days to explain the issues we suffered on 13th Feb
