Very Poor Items and Customer Service

Ordered flowers for Valentines day, never arrived on the 14th and when delivered on the 15th contained the wrong flowers (roses my fiancee hates instead of tulips), a broken vase and chocolates instead of the balloon. To top it off the horrible roses we recieved barely lasted the day. Raised ticket on the 15th and still not heard anything back. I find it quite shocking that we never recieved anything to say there was replacement items, the delivery was late and they have not replied to my ticket. I expect a full refund and apology.
