Not so good, at first, but excellent customer service to put the problems right!
I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day 2013 and they were both delivered correctly, on the requested date. However, the roses in both arrangements started to wilt and die within 24 hours! I contacted their customer services by telephone on Monday 11/03/13 and they were happy to arrange replacement bouquets (direct from local florists). These duly arrived at both addresses (on 13/03/13) and were declared to be 'beautiful' by both recipients (and the replacements have lasted much better). Any company can suffer from some problems but I always judge them by how they deal with them! Full marks to iflorist for keeping customers happy!
