Order undelivered, refund refused

I ordered flowers to be sent to a family friend who had suffered a refund. The flowers never arrived and I emailed iflorist for a refund. I was in very unsatisfactory email correspondence with them for over a month where nothing happened. When I called them they claimed that they attempted to deliver the flowers twice but no-one was home and that a note was placed through the door. My friend did not leave the house during this period and they were looking out for the flowers. They did not recieve a note. iflorist refused to give a refund. I will not be using them again.
